Leave the driving to them. I was going to rent a car to drive up 2 hours up to Banff and then let it sit there for three days and drive it back, fill it up with gas and return it. Then a good friend told me about the Banff Airporter and it made my life so much easier. I was a little concerned because I am prone to car sickness, but I had no issues. The van was large and comfortable. The drivers were professional and courteous. They dropped me off in front of my hotel and picked me up at the agreed upon time. This services was perfect. Our international flight landed at 11:30 AM and we weren't sure how long customs would take and so booked a shuttle into Banff at 1:30pm. Customs was a breeze and so we walked over to the Airporter counter and the friendly staff were able to get us on the 12:30 shuttle with no fuss (luckily there was room). On the return the shuttle was on time and the driver was friendly and super efficient and fast when unloading passengers and luggage. Booked their shuttle service online for Thanksgiving weekend. Everything was seamless and stress free. Only hiccup was on my part. My arrival time cut real close to their pick up; therefore, I did what was suggested on their website- I booked the later shuttle pick up. Since I arrived with enough time to connect to the earlier slot, they were able to accommodate. That saved me an extra 2 hours from sitting and waiting at the airport. James and Eric were my drivers (arriving and departing). Both were efficient and nice. Times of pick up were to the minute. Which I was pleasantly surprised. While planning a trip to Banff, this was one of the first companies I googled for a shuttle from Calgary Airport to Banff. It was about $77 CAD one way and you can opt to tip on the order. I booked far in advance and it takes 2 hours to travel from The airport to Banff, you can also list where you're going to get picked up and dropped off. Finding it at the airport may be a tad difficult, they're located between door 5 & 6 at international arrivals. My flight was delayed and I ran but missed my 1830 shuttle, I got there at 1839 and they booked me for the next one which was at 2030. And I was able to switch my hotel drop off to meet my friends for our dinner reservation. It was cool to see all of the drop offs. Since I booked round trip, they were very punctual on time and arrived a little before our 930-945 pick up time. The shuttles are comfortable, the seats recline, and there are charging USB ports at every seat. I'd highly recommend this if you're traveling to Banff! read more

This company misleads customers and doesn't stick to its own policies. I was booked on the last shuttle of the night (10:30pm) from Calgary Airport to my hotel in Banff on June 14, 2023. My flight was originally expected to arrive at 9:17pm; however, it ended up being delayed 30 minutes, which meant I would be rushing through customs to make it to the bus on time. I notified Banff Airporter as soon as I found out about the delay and they responded saying they are tracking my flight information and would be able to hold the shuttle for me until 10:45pm... Once I landed, I went through baggage claim and customs as quickly as possible and arrived at the Banff Airporter desk at 10:35pm, but the shuttle already departed without me DESPITE their policy stating they'd wait another 10 minutes. I was forced to shell out extra money and stay overnight at the airport hotel to wait for the 10am shuttle the next day because this company can't adhere to its own policies. I understand it's a slippery slope to hold the bus for every possible travel delay scenario, but don't lie to customers. Had I arrived at the desk after 10:45pm, I would've understood that I missed the shuttle. However, I was given the promise - per their policy - that the shuttle would wait until 10:45pm. I did everything in my power to make it to the desk on time. There was no apologies or explanation from the employee who rebooked me on the shuttle for the next day. The bus itself was comfortable - smooth ride and friendly driver. However, I wouldn't recommend this company and I don't plan on using them again. read more

This past summer I shuttled back and forth between Banff and the Calgary airport a slew of times on the Airporter. I was thoroughly impressed with the booking process, the way that they handled travel contingencies, and the ride itself. On one occasion, a night flight was so delayed that I ended up missing the last shuttle back to Banff. Because the situation was the airline's fault, not mine, the Airporter offered to put me on an alternate shuttle the next morning, or credit my account towards a future ride. Also, on an another trip, I called the day-of to see if it was possible to get on an earlier pick-up. They had the space and were able to accommodate me without any extra surcharge or hassle. Drivers have always been extremely courteous (most recently Shaun--thanks Shaun!) and the vehicle itself is very comfortable, with a center aisle, plenty of room for luggage in the back, and complimentary bottles of water. If you need to be dropped off at a home address in Banff (as opposed to a hotel), they also have the ability to do that. I would highly recommend this service! read more

Very comfortable bus with padded leather seats. They are pretty high, so if you're a tall person, you'll love the ride. Allen was our driver and was more than accommodating when told that we had an infant that we didn't select on the booking and immediately had a colleague drive over a car seat for our daughter. Definitely going above and beyond. He introduced himself professionally and had a positive tone of enthusiasm for the job which is rare in a capitalist country where everyone seems to hate what they do.
