Arrived to Calgary around 6pm with plans to rent a car and drive to Banff but plans changed due to the weather. I do not have experience driving in snow and it was announced the roads were bad. I spotted a booth for Banff airport and was quickly able to book transport from the airport to the hotel in Banff.. Steve was our driver. He was lovely. He provided information regarding sites in the area. The bus/van was clean and comfortable. I definitely recommend. read more

It was our first time in Banff and we decided not to drive around. Banff Airporter provided a hassle-free, point-to-point transportation from Calgary Airport to our Banff accommodation and back. The instructions were transparent and the drivers were friendly, helpful, and on time. The bus and sprinter shuttles were clean and comfortable. This will be our go-to transportation provider from Calgary to Banff. read more

We took Banff Shuttle from Calgary Airport to our hotel in Banff. The shuttle was very comfortable and clean. It was a very efficient and cost-effective means to get to Banff as we needed only a one-way journey. Oscar was very friendly, courteous, and helpful, as well as a very safe driver. It was an enjoyable journey and we highly recommend Banff Airporter. read more

Our driver was prompt and very nice. She made sure the temperature in the shuttle was good for everyone. I would recommend this company.

The best way to start/end your travel! Very convenient experience. Extremely safe and I was picked up / dropped off at my doorstep and taken directly to my flight's terminal! I will be using this service for all my future flights out of YYC :) read more

Leave the driving to them. I was going to rent a car to drive up 2 hours up to Banff and then let it sit there for three days and drive it back, fill it up with gas and return it. Then a good friend told me about the Banff Airporter and it made my life so much easier. I was a little concerned because I am prone to car sickness, but I had no issues. The van was large and comfortable. The drivers were professional and courteous. They dropped me off in front of my hotel and picked me up at the agreed upon time. Most importantly, they got me to the airport when they said they would. Tip your driver well, especially if he is one of the Kevins. read more

This services was perfect. Our international flight landed at 11:30 AM and we weren't sure how long customs would take and so booked a shuttle into Banff at 1:30pm. Customs was a breeze and so we walked over to the Airporter counter and the friendly staff were able to get us on the 12:30 shuttle with no fuss (luckily there was room). On the return the shuttle was on time and the driver was friendly and super efficient and fast when unloading passengers and luggage. I would definitely book again when I return to Calgary Airport and Banff. read more

Picked up and delivered on time as promised. Staff very polite and courteous. Would highly recommend.

Highly recommend! Pick up and drop off times were pretty accurate to what was listed. Prices were reasonable too. Can add tips at time of booking which was convenient. read more

Booked their shuttle service online for Thanksgiving weekend. Everything was seamless and stress free. Only hiccup was on my part. My arrival time cut real close to their pick up; therefore, I did what was suggested on their website- I booked the later shuttle pick up. Since I arrived with enough time to connect to the earlier slot, they were able to accommodate. That saved me an extra 2 hours from sitting and waiting at the airport. James and Eric were my drivers (arriving and departing). Both were efficient and nice. Times of pick up were to the minute. Which I was pleasantly surprised. I would 100% recommend this shuttle service. read more

While planning a trip to Banff, this was one of the first companies I googled for a shuttle from Calgary Airport to Banff. It was about $77 CAD one way and you can opt to tip on the order. I booked far in advance and it takes 2 hours to travel from The airport to Banff, you can also list where you're going to get picked up and dropped off. Finding it at the airport may be a tad difficult, they're located between door 5 & 6 at international arrivals. My flight was delayed and I ran but missed my 1830 shuttle, I got there at 1839 and they booked me for the next one which was at 2030. And I was able to switch my hotel drop off to meet my friends for our dinner reservation. It was cool to see all of the drop offs. Since I booked round trip, they were very punctual on time and arrived a little before our 930-945 pick up time. The shuttles are comfortable, the seats recline, and there are charging USB ports at every seat. I'd highly recommend this if you're traveling to Banff! read more

5 stars. Great people - reservations and drivers. Never a problem in accommodating a change in schedule. Comfy ride. read more

This company misleads customers and doesn't stick to its own policies. I was booked on the last shuttle of the night (10:30pm) from Calgary Airport to my hotel in Banff on June 14, 2023. My flight was originally expected to arrive at 9:17pm; however, it ended up being delayed 30 minutes, which meant I would be rushing through customs to make it to the bus on time. I notified Banff Airporter as soon as I found out about the delay and they responded saying they are tracking my flight information and would be able to hold the shuttle for me until 10:45pm... Once I landed, I went through baggage claim and customs as quickly as possible and arrived at the Banff Airporter desk at 10:35pm, but the shuttle already departed without me DESPITE their policy stating they'd wait another 10 minutes. I was forced to shell out extra money and stay overnight at the airport hotel to wait for the 10am shuttle the next day because this company can't adhere to its own policies. I understand it's a slippery slope to hold the bus for every possible travel delay scenario, but don't lie to customers. Had I arrived at the desk after 10:45pm, I would've understood that I missed the shuttle. However, I was given the promise - per their policy - that the shuttle would wait until 10:45pm. I did everything in my power to make it to the desk on time. There was no apologies or explanation from the employee who rebooked me on the shuttle for the next day. The bus itself was comfortable - smooth ride and friendly driver. However, I wouldn't recommend this company and I don't plan on using them again. read more

Great service. Nice drivers. Great and comfortable shuttle. Right on time. Waited a bit for me when my flight was delayed.

I can see why this company has high ratings. The drivers were polite, helpful, and made sure my family arrived comfortably and safely! If I'm lucky enough to visit Banff via Calgary airport, I will definitely use them again. Communication ahead of the trip was great too! Thank you! read more

We were able to make a reservation on short notice- less than an hour before the next shuttle. Kevin, our driver, efficiently checked us all in at Canmore, loaded our bags and got us safely to the Calgary airport. Comfortable scenic ride and on time. read more

So impressed with the shuttle's punctualness. It arrived on the dot and the driver, Ben was courteous and helpful. The ride from Banff to Calgary was smooth. Wonderful service. Shuttle bus and employees were top notch. Also, my flights were significantly delayed due to bad weather and they worked with me. I ended up not using one leg of my shuttle service and they refunded my payment with no issues. Flying these days is so unpredictable. Banff Airporter's generous cancellation policy is definitely a plus. read more

Great customer service - friendly, responsive. Ride was comfortable (AC, clean vehicle, sufficient leg room).

Reliable and on time. Great drivers too. Seats are comfortable and each has ports for charging your devices.

Excellent service! Got us to the airport ahead of schedule. Nice bus, courteous and helpful driver.

My 15 year old daughter said "5! I loved it so much!" when she has to come back early from vacation. Her mom dropped her off in Banff to get back from BC to save me from having to drive out all the way to get her. Would definitely use this over gas to run out and pick up a kid. read more

Perfectly smooth reliable transportation door to door from YYC to my hotel. Left precisely on time. Friendly, helpful, and skilled driver. Easy to find at the airport. The vehicle (medium sized shuttle bus) was new and very comfortable. Will definitely use them again when traveling to Banff. Oh the mountain views are amazing, even at night! read more

The service was fantastic. They were always on time, and we always arrived at our next destination on time if not early. I would definitely recommend Banff Airporter to other travelers! read more

This past summer I shuttled back and forth between Banff and the Calgary airport a slew of times on the Airporter. I was thoroughly impressed with the booking process, the way that they handled travel contingencies, and the ride itself. On one occasion, a night flight was so delayed that I ended up missing the last shuttle back to Banff. Because the situation was the airline's fault, not mine, the Airporter offered to put me on an alternate shuttle the next morning, or credit my account towards a future ride. Also, on an another trip, I called the day-of to see if it was possible to get on an earlier pick-up. They had the space and were able to accommodate me without any extra surcharge or hassle. Drivers have always been extremely courteous (most recently Shaun--thanks Shaun!) and the vehicle itself is very comfortable, with a center aisle, plenty of room for luggage in the back, and complimentary bottles of water. If you need to be dropped off at a home address in Banff (as opposed to a hotel), they also have the ability to do that. I would highly recommend this service! read more

Exactly as advertised, very easy to book and organize. Shuttle was comfortable, clean, and new. Dropped me off exactly at the motel and was on schedule for pick-up as well. Stellar service through and through. read more

Very comfortable bus with padded leather seats. They are pretty high, so if you're a tall person, you'll love the ride. Allen was our driver and was more than accommodating when told that we had an infant that we didn't select on the booking and immediately had a colleague drive over a car seat for our daughter. Definitely going above and beyond. He introduced himself professionally and had a positive tone of enthusiasm for the job which is rare in a capitalist country where everyone seems to hate what they do. It was a breath of fresh air for sure. Great ride, professional service, reasonable price. Would book again and recommend to friends and family visiting Banff. Thanks Allen. read more

I used Banff Airporter to go from Calgary International Airport to my hotel in Banff (12/11/2019) and back (12/16/2019). My hotel was about an hour and forty five minutes from the airport. The total amount I paid for the round trip was $150.94 Canadian (which translates to about $115.99 US dollars). I made and paid for my reservation months ahead of time (on 07/19/2019, to be exact). I arrived in Calgary a few minutes after 12 noon, retrieved my luggage, and then walked to the Banff Airporter booth which is inside the airport. The booth was several gates away from the baggage claim area. Not a short walk but it was not too far either. After letting their customer service attendant at the booth know why I was there, I still had time to wait for my scheduled 1:30 pm shuttle. The shuttle was on time and the driver was as Calgary Canadian as it gets. He had a stocky build and wore a wide brimmed sun hat with the drawcord that you place under your chin to keep the wind from blowing it off. Even though the temperature was maybe in the upper teens (Fahrenheit), he was dressed like it was in the 50s. He was a nice guy, said "eh" a lot and was a fan of country music. Including myself, there were only five passengers and we were all from the USA. The shuttle was spacious and comfortable. The driver spent much of the ride to Banff talking to one of the passengers from Austin, TX and telling him how much he likes Willie Nelson. Since the Calgary airport is on the outskirts of town, we didn't see much of the city. Snow covered the landscape and the scenery didn't change much until we got near Banff. That's when the topography took a dramatic turn from hills to mountains. The mountains rose like figures from a children's pop up storybook. It was a smooth ride and I tipped the driver once he dropped me off. Five days later, the ride back to the airport ran just a smoothly. That driver was a very attractive Canadian brunette. She was about 20 minutes late picking me up but that was understandable considering her shuttle was larger and filled to capacity. She picked up passengers in Banff and neighboring Canmore. I still got to the airport in plenty of time and tipped her too. The drop off point was not in the same place where I was picked up five days earlier. It was outside and a short walk to the entrance. I highly recommend Banff Airporter to anyone needing shuttle service to the Banff National Park area and back. It was stress free, relaxing, prompt, and they have excellent drivers. I'm rating this company five stars. read more

The shuttle service was perfect. The driver, Jeff, was very friendly as he picked us up at Banff inn. Jeff made sure to help us with our bags and greet us kindly. Jeff gave us an overview of the trip (estimated time, number of stops, arrival time, where we would be dropped off). Jeff made sure to tell us how we could get to our hotel from the airport. The driver drove very safe the whole ride and mentioned the vehicle features for us. The bus itself was very nice inside including leather reclining seats and air conditioning. Would recommend to anyone! read more
