The only reason that work occurred on Tuesday was due to personal scheduling error. Hire Daniel and his team. Especially if you're a woman and are sick of jerk, machismo work crews-- these are your people!!! Not only because their price was the most reasonable but because of Sam. He is professional, no nonsense and is not a salesman. He is thorough and reliable and also gave me his personal contact information if I had any questions. He only quoted what was necessary to keep my home healthy and keep my unit running for years to come. When I asked him if he will be doing the job he reassured me if I felt more comfortable with him in my home then he would absolutely make himself available. Thank you Sam. I will be calling today to make my appointment with you!

They also recommended putting in UV light to prevent it from coming back. Very reasonable and cleaned up everything. Couldn't be more pleased!!

I wanted my dryer vent cleaned since we had purchased new machines. They "allegedly" cleaned my vent. When i had my new dryer installed i was receiving an error "80% Duct Blockage" My dryer has this safety feature. I called the technicians from the dryer, nothing wrong with dryer. I told they i had the vent cleaned 1 week prior to install. I had 3 more people come to my house to give an estimate for a rerouting of the vent since that's what could apparently be causing the error on the dryer. Green Quality came to to give me an estimate for the rerouting of exhaust ducts to reduce bends and improve air flow. The Third person who came to give an estimate checked the dryer vent through the outside and simply pulled all this lent and leaves that was blocking the ducts. These ducts had 'allegedly" been cleaned by Green Quality Air. I was furious! It took 3 people to find the blockage and Green Quality came twice to my house. Very, very disappointed, i had referred my boss and took that back. Don't use them, they do a half a** job. So much for cleaning, waste of time and money.

I thoroughly agree with all of the positive comments about Omer: Professional, friendly, thorough,…read moreknowledgeable. Great company, well-equipped, reasonably priced. I was a case-study in how NOT to maintain my dryer duct: It had been almost 20 years since it had been cleaned. We bought a new drier, which shut down due to restricted air flow. I had had a competitor come out the day before Omer's visit; while friendly, all they had was a hand-operated floppy brush more suited to HVAC ducts. They had no luck, and suggested I just move the dryer out to the garage and put in a new duct! Omer arrived with 2 different cameras, and a range of stiff brushes which he worked with his drill, in very tight spaces, and was finally able to dislodge what must have been a 10#, soaking wet mass of lint. He installed an upgraded flexible duct and a new outside duct cover, and cleaned everything up. I've learned my lesson: call Lady Bird out annually, and request Omer!

The technician also arrived on time and did a good job explaining the cleaning process. However, I would have appreciated clear before-and-after photos of the duct vent, both from the inside and outside. At this point, I'm not sure whether the additional cost was justified compared with the lower-priced alternatives. Providing detailed before-and-after photos would have helped demonstrate the value of the service. Overall, the customer service and professionalism were good, but I believe the company could do a better job documenting the results and demonstrating the value of the service.
