We appreciated that immensely. Also of note, we had hired them to put in mini ac/heating systems. They came in, evaluated what we needed, provided solutions and financing options to fit our budget and were incredibly professional across the entire experience. We ended up not being able to move forward due to electrical challenges that needed updating. That said they were extremely patient and brainstormed a lot of creative solves. While we were not able to move forward at this point in time, we will be calling them back when we are ready and we strongly recommend their team. Specially we worked with Alex (Alejandro), Francisco and Frank.

For the first time while living in this house, I slept with an outside door open. When I woke up this morning, I did a quick Yelp search for AC service in my neighborhood. Quan Air was the the highest rated and all the reviews pointed out their professionalism. I emailed from the website, then called. I know that's a lot for 7:30 am, but it's humid in SATX and I couldn't stand feeling awful for another night or two. Amber called me back a few minutes later and managed to get us on the schedule today. Andy showed up about 20 minutes earlier than the window, but I'm fine with it because it's 82° with 72% humidity at 11 am. Andy pointed out some maintenance things, this is my first air conditioner. It was helpful to learn all the things to do that will save us money and keep our AC running. He also replaced a motor, rinsed our AC vents, and checked the condensation pans in the attic. He helped me install the replacement filters I found in my closet. Thanks a million for saving us from the humidity.

Other company that came out was a water damage company to confirm it was water damage before we called you. You're just trying to cover your butt since this issue is your fault. Bob accusing me of lying over the phone was very unprofessional. We had climate express come out to do an AC tuneup for the summer in April. Recently, we noticed that there was a line and bubble on our living room ceiling. Next day, another large bubble popped up. Then, more bubbles on my young daughter's wall and ceiling. Called a restoration service to see what it was. Come to find out, it was water damage from the AC leaking. We will need to be taking out our living room ceiling, my daughter's ceiling, wall and flooring. There may even be mold growing. We will have to find somewhere else to live while they are doing repairs. Called climate express to come check it out. Tech admitted to us that it was their fault for leaving a cap off the drain and that we would be hearing back from them. They ended up coming today to look at it. Was told that we'd be hearing from the owner. Just got off phone with Bob, the owner. He was very unprofessional in the way he spoke to me and raised his voice multiple times. Even claimed that we messed with the drain lid and caused issue. They would not be standing by their service. They caused this problem, no one else. This company has ZERO integrity. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
