Unless you have a landline phone (who does anymore) and a business address (doesn't everybody?), it is impossible for you to update your own personal information. Drop downs do not drop down, services are always unavailable and links do not link. It's like a 12 yr. old designed the site.
As of this writing, I have been waiting more than 52 hours for my pay by automatic transfer to be available as funds. Unacceptable. But this is Chile. I'm almost positive someone has to actually manually push a button for that to happen. In 2019.
