Unless you have a landline phone (who does anymore) and a business address (doesn't everybody?), it is impossible for you to update your own personal information. Drop downs do not drop down, services are always unavailable and links do not link. It's like a 12 yr. old designed the site. As of this writing, I have been waiting more than 52 hours for my pay by automatic transfer to be available as funds. Unacceptable. But this is Chile. In the end, it doesn't matter which branch I visited, there was always a wait time of at least 30 minutes, and in most cases I walked out without having achieved anything. Well, it's just like everything else in Chile - nobody has a clue about anything and nobody wants to move a little finger... I have to add that several times employers were not only arrogant but definitely unfriendly.

I consider their system as abusive to the client where employées stamp and shuffle papers from here to there. They are obviously placed in a position where they are seriously blamed for mistakes and work in fear. To transform a deposit of my own money into 9 bank checks I was charged $125.00 and took 3 hours in line. Computers and printers seem ornamental. Lots of stuff is done by hand. Clients in Chile are very patient or used to the abusive practices of these institutions.
