The worst possible bank. Bureocratic, slow and retrograde. Avoid at all cost. In general avoid chilean banks unless they are international banks. Their fees are high and illogical. I consider their system as abusive to the client where employées stamp and shuffle papers from here to there. They are obviously placed in a position where they are seriously blamed for mistakes and work in fear. To transform a deposit of my own money into 9 bank checks I was charged $125.00 and took 3 hours in line. Computers and printers seem ornamental. Lots of stuff is done by hand. Clients in Chile are very patient or used to the abusive practices of these institutions. read more
