When you walk in, you are greeted by Autumn, who makes and takes your appointments. And as she has much more to her job than this, I just wanted to point out that she has a wonderful personality and makes you feel super comfortable from the start. I'm very thankful of her because if you don't have somebody who makes you feel comfortable from the start, it's very rare that you make it past the front door. When you go to the back you have Rachel (dental hygienist ) and Dr. Wassif. I sincerely can't say enough about them either. They both instantly make you feel like you're right where you need to be. Rachel is kind and gentle and assists Dr. Wassif with grace. Now, for a dentist, you won't find a better one than Dr. Cindy W. I LOVE the way she explains to me, exactly what is going on with my teeth and what needs to be done then with them in the future. I have a lot of work being done to them. It took me a long time to find someone who made me feel as comfortable as I do when I'm in that seat. She talks to me in a way that no dentist has before. You can tell she genuinely cares. I truly mean it. These women are amazing people!!! I honestly don't know how their office doesn't have a line out the door to be seen. Or maybe it does, Autumn really is that good at her job. Lol But seriously, if you're looking for an office, that is laid-back, very thorough with a scheduling (and making sure that you remember to be there), and a dentist that makes you feel a lot better with your current situation, you need to call them and make an appointment today. I will be a patient for as long as they'll have me. Thanks ladies!! -Kim Aubel

Since nothing was actually done incorrectly, and my real issues are with scheduling and communication, I'm bumping this up to 3 stars. I still feel like Dr. Patton was rushed. A few minutes explaining that the filling was unusually deep and I might experience pain for a few weeks or even months would have gone a long way. Went in for a filling. Waited in the chair for 30 minutes after they numbed me before they got started. I overhead that Dr. Patton had 3 people booked at once and that's why she was late. Wish they had given me the option to reschedule, but oh well. Despite being numb the filling became painful as they kept working. I wanted to ask about it, but Dr. Patton left before I was even upright. The hygienist suggested I use ibuprofen and call them if it remained painful. Since then I have been in pain and using ibuprofen to manage it. I waited a week to see if it would subside, then tried to make an appointment. After playing phone tag (I never was able to call and get a human being on the phone), I finally got a call back. Because I couldn't take their first available appointment in 3 days time due to a work meeting, I was told I would have to take one on April 14th. That's two weeks out. When I asked why I couldn't get a sooner emergency appointment I received a sarcastic 'well coudn't you move your meeting?'. No, I have to work too. Deeply displeased with this place. I don't understand all the positive reviews. I'm going to be getting this fixed elsewhere.

I had an appointment scheduled for myself & my 18 month old son for a check up . Basically, from the moment we walked in, my son was crying non stop. Although I was stressed out that he was crying so much, Dr Shah was so calm & friendly. I truly appreciate her for that! My family & I will continue to go to this clinic. Hopefully next time my son won't cry lol.

I specifically chose this office because I was told when scheduling that nitrous oxide (laughing…read moregas) would be available and used. That was a major factor for me. When I arrived, I was told they either wouldn't use it or "most likely" wouldn't be able to. That kind of last-minute change is not a small detail--it completely changes the experience for patients who rely on it. What concerned me more was the push toward procedures that didn't seem necessary. I was referred to an oral surgeon to remove a peg tooth that does not need to be removed, even after I clearly said I wasn't interested. It was still put on the referral anyway. I was also told I needed multiple crowns, but another dentist later confirmed those were not necessary. There were additional treatments presented in a way that made them seem required, which didn't sit right with me. Another issue was transparency. I was not walked through my x-rays or shown where any of these supposed problems were. Patients should absolutely insist on seeing and understanding their imaging before agreeing to treatment. There were also inconsistencies with insurance information. I was told my insurance wouldn't cover panoramic x-rays, but another dentist had no issue getting them covered. After my visit, I noticed similar concerns mentioned in other reviews, which unfortunately aligns with what I experienced. Between the inconsistent communication and questionable treatment recommendations, I left feeling very uneasy. I would strongly encourage anyone considering treatment here to get a second opinion before moving forward.
