If you like wet old sushi this is the place for you. We ve tried it 3 times now . Always seems like it's not fresh. If you are not a sushi fan you may not know the difference good luck !!! Mediocre sushi at best. The first time we ordered every single roll fell apart, in all my years of eating sushi I've never seen anything like that. I think the rolls with the spicy Mayo have a bit too much, it really overpowers the flavor. Overall the taste of the rolls are ok, but I've had much better for less. I will happily pay more for great sushi, but this was not great. Because this is the only place close by I've tried them 4 times, the last two times they forgot part of my order and I had to drive all the way back and stand there until they were able to help me. My boyfriend and I flew in from Minnesota today and passed by Ban Sushi, dropped our bags off and circled right back. We ordered miso soup, sake, and six rolls (2 spicy tuna, shrimp tempura, Alaskan, calamari tempura, and a spider roll) Everything was delicious! Went here for lunch on a Friday afternoon and love love it! We were seated right away and given our drink orders immediately. The lunch menu is varied and scrumptious. There are Bento boxes(Chicken, Beef, Salmon and a couple others I can't remember)that come with a roll, miso and salad. Also Sushi Plates and Lunch plates. All come with tons of food plus miso and yummy salad. Hubby loved his sushi, raved more like it. My teriyaki chicken was 5 star!!! Place was busy but food came quickly, hot and correct. The sushi here tastes amazing and it's pretty affordable. My wife and I got 4 rolls and extra rice and it only came out to $50. The sushi was definitely worth the price. I have not had a Vegas Roll that tasted as good as the one from this location. I definitely recommend coming here. read more

Brand new sushi take out in Falcon. They are super busy and it may take a little longer to get your order, however if you are patient and understand that they are new you will love it. The food is amazing and the staff are friendly. We are actually going back today for lunch. read more

We ventured here because it's in our neighborhood, and expected to be disappointed, however, this was the absolute opposite of our experience! We have gone back multiple times. The fish is always super fresh, and both waitresses we have had have been wonderful and on top of it. A perfect gem if you are ever craving sushi, and are picky about freshness. The sake bomb roll (spicy tuna/avo topped with salmon) is the best, and the beef dumplings are fresh and flavorful as well. Will be a staple for us. Had a wonderful lunch at Ban Sushi today. I had miso soup and a rainbow roll. The decor is clean, bright and free of any malodorous scents. Very reasonably price for A+ dining. You sushi lovers know, great sushi is a delicate match of premium fish, properly season fresh rice and nori that's like an ocean breeze in your mouth. We enjoyed our time here. We will be back. We love Sushi! Our family was stationed in Hawai'i, and we know how yummy sushi should taste. We ordered a lot of sushi, and everything was under $70! Which was great for feeding two adults and three sushi lovin kiddos 9 and under. The place was clean. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was for the customer service. One of the younger waitresses was rude and seemed annoyed that we asked to move two tables together to fit our family of six. It was away from others. The spot she wanted us in was too tight for our family. it was not busy at that time. Also, no one really greeted us when we entered or said goodbye when we left. Our waitress for our table was amazing though! I couldn't understand anything she said, but she was very attentive and VERY warm and friendly, which we appreciated. Forget food on Friday night! The restaurant had 6 of their 10 tables open when we arrived. I was told it would be a thirty minute wait time, which I don't mind waiting for good food. As I was waiting the staff took 5 walk in orders. When I inquired about why walk-in counter orders got priority over people who arrived before them the waitress was very rude and said she can't keep up with walk in orders, training staff, and serving tables. I asked if you keep serving walkins before you seat us we will never eat. The waitress said you can sit but I don't know if will serve you and walked away. Needless to say we walked out. It's a shame I love the food but customer service is a make it break kind of deal for me. Recommendation: If as a business you cannot handle walk-in and dinning. Pick one over the other AND don't take out poor planning on the people that help pay the bills. read more

Received a call that my order was ready and upon showing up the food wasn't ready, no biggie. Went home and came back. Two hours after the first call saying the food was ready I showed up again and the food still wasn't ready. I'm sure the food is great but I can't comment on that as I never received it and canceled my order. read more
