Got 3 drinks and the staff did not secure my lid on the third drink so when I walked out of the door and the lid fell off I tried to catch it as the whole drink fell out of the drink carrier. I walked back in and was told cause I stepped out the door this was now my fault and was refused a new drink and said I should've been more careful. Terrible service. read more

Im ordered jasmine milk tea around 10am then i go to work . 20 mins later i was called and tell them about the tea taste sour like they leave it for long time but I can't come back cause im already at work. They have so much variety that I could come here everyday for a year and get something different. There's something for everyone and don't be afraid of trying the different jellies and Che. It can look weird but it's delicious and refreshing. My favorites are the mango fruit tea, mango yogurt, and fruit addict che. The only thing I didn't like here was the watermelon lime juice, it was fresh but served kinda warm and the shaved ice cream, nothing special. I've also had their banh mi and they are so good! I love coming to Bambu, but recently ive been receiving lower quality blended drinks. I usually get the chai blended. The last few times it tasted less like chai? I cant really taste much of the chai and taste more of the ice. Perhaps its better to ask for extra flavor but still, the regular amount should be enough. read more

I came to this location many times, and I love their drinks. However, I was very disappointed in the service I received today. I signed up for the five stars rewards, so I would frequently get coupons. I went in today to use my 20% off any item coupon. I ordered a large mango yogurt and asked for both my free toppings to be mango jelly. I was told by the young man at the register that I would have to pay an additional amount because I chose the same 2 toppings and he told me that for the free 2 toppings to work it had to be different toppings. That was absolutely absurd because in the past, I have ordered the same topping as my two free toppings many times before and the lady who worked here never said that was a problem. So I said fine, I got mango jelly and boba as my toppings and paid for my drink. When I got the receipt I noticed it wasn't a large, so I went to tell him and he told me I had to pay the difference and he would not take the 20% off of that. This again was very absurd because he gave me the wrong size and would not take the 20% off of what should have been the correct size. He said that the coupon did not work because I got a larger size, which makes absolutely zero sense. The coupon always worked on a large size because I have had these coupons before from the five stars app. During the entire encounter, I did not receive a single apology. I would strongly recommend re-training this employee as he clearly does not understand what good customer service is and does not understand how the coupons and pricing works. I am very disappointed because I really loved this place as their drinks are amazing. Otherwise, I would have given this place 5 stars. read more

Used to enjoy going there. Bought 4 different drinks and other stuff last we went. Got in the car and noticed One of the drinks had a long strand of black hair on the side while some of part of it was in the inside-thought it was a cup design at first. Hubby brought it back in. Came back out pretty fast. Noticed the same cup was given back with the hair still where it was. He went back inside again and ask if they gave him a new drink. Counter boy said "Yes".
