On the phone I asked if they did "biosculpture gel" they said yes (this was a lie). They then proceeded to apply "gel" to my nails. I don't know what product they used but it definitely was NOT gel. I have tried soaking my nails in pure acetone for over 30 minutes and the product still will not come off my nails. It has been over 6 weeks, and there is no way to remove this product without drilling (which I refuse to do as this is what damages our nails). If the product they used was indeed gel, it would have come off after several deep soaks in acetone; how dare they apply a product other than gel to my nails without permission. I have reported them. By the way, they are not alone with this practice. Many other cash grab salons engage in this practice and each one of them should face penalties as it is not right.
