They are a perfect example of why I never go to Asian nail salons, but as my nail technician was away overseas for an extended period of time, I had no other choice. On the phone I asked if they did "biosculpture gel" they said yes (this was a lie). They then proceeded to apply "gel" to my nails. I don't know what product they used but it definitely was NOT gel. I have tried soaking my nails in pure acetone for over 30 minutes and the product still will not come off my nails. It has been over 6 weeks, and there is no way to remove this product without drilling (which I refuse to do as this is what damages our nails). If the product they used was indeed gel, it would have come off after several deep soaks in acetone; how dare they apply a product other than gel to my nails without permission. I have reported them. By the way, they are not alone with this practice. Many other cash grab salons engage in this practice and each one of them should face penalties as it is not right. read more

Great thing about PNT is that its open later for us busy working people. Offering a range of shellack colours and 3 pedicure beds. Very happy with the pricing and service. read more

I asked for nails with Shellac polish, the job was done rushed and I was out within 20 min's, a few hours later the 2nd coat started peeling off from 3 nails, such a BAD job, they just want maximum customers through here for profits, I've had this done at other salons with no issues, NEVER AGAIN read more

Very expensive and the quality of the service is not good. They don't turn down walk ins and they make you wait for a long time while they attend multiple people at the same time. Paid $90 for the service today but walked straight to other nail salon to have my nails fixed. read more

Always accomodating with appointment times and rushing to fit you in, stays back late to make sure she does a good complete job, very attentive and prepared to go the extra mile. Very reasonable pricing and doesn't charge for breaks or damage within a few days of service. read more

Rina, Minh all the wonderful ladies at PNT Nails are exceptional with their skills, kindness and professionalism. The salon is spotless and they all work very very hard. It is often busy due to the amazing quality of workmanship and they do not take bookings for this reason.
