Then he charged me again for labor which was literally 30 seconds. When he came back to install it, the gasket still did not seal but he did not try and figure out why--he just told me to give it a few days. He did not clean the area where the gasket went, and did not inspect the hinges. Well, the next day everything inside the freezer was coated in ice. When I contacted him, he told me there was nothing he could do and reprimanded me for not saving the old gasket when he told me to. He told me that I was being picky and I should just get a new fridge and it's not his fault that the gasket did not seal. I think this is terrible customer service and I will not get this person again.

I called and Denaldo (hopefully I'm spelling that right) came and figured out the wiring in all my detectors was loose and some had disconnected wires because the builders used too big wire nuts/connectors (thanks, D.R. Horton). He replaced the wire connectors in all my smoke detectors, and did it very efficiently. He was extremely reasonably priced, and it's a holiday today (memorial day). Couldn't be more pleased with Denaldo. Will definitely call him for any future electrical issues.
