When I was told my car was finished...1) I got my car back with black greasy fingerprints all over the door handles on both the interior and exterior of the car. *They did at least put a paper floor mat down*. 2) The part was replaced, but they used the OLD power steering fluid. It was brown. Anyone who knows, knows BROWN is not a good color. The new pump was making a horrific screeching noise and there is NO WAY they couldn't have noticed. No mention was made of it when I picked up my vehicle. Guess because I'm a woman they assumed I'm stupid? There were additional fees added to the bill, of which were titled "Shop parts" but the 'parts' weren't identified. Hmmmmm. I had to flush the power steering fluid and add the correct fluid myself, which should have been easy to do at their shop. If you want to pay top dollar for questionable work ethics, go for it. The best part about it was talking to their receptionist. She was great!

Just a couple minutes in, he told me they didn't have any for me or from the warehouse. I went to pay for mower tire repair ($29 which seems really high). As Andy was taking my payment, Josh was next to him saying in a child voice that his wife can't drive so he doesn't let her but she's still his princess. On my way out Josh said, in his child voice, "Aww, somebody is going to have to do some work now that they got it fixed". I went back & said on second thought I do want my receipt & asked their names, then left. When I got in my vehicle Josh came to my window. In his baby voice he said,"We don't want to upset you". I asked, "do you talk to everyone like this?". His reply, still in the child voice, "Talk like what? I was just talking about my princess." I then asked if he talks to everyone like they're a child. He then starting using a norming voice, giving me a half-ass apology. I told him thanks for talking in a man voice and left. I searched my tires on the Plaza Tire website. They have ones available for me from the warehouse or nearby store locations. I called the store. Andy answered. I told him I knew they have tires available for me. He said he was hoping I would call back because he "missed a step" in finding my tires, which are not unusual tires, and asked if wanted to make an appointment for the next day. I said no thank you. The most degrading, belittling experience. These men seem to have no respect for women.
