No problem, just ring them up. The online rental process is easy and fast. It should not take you more than 5 mins. Whenever I go to pick up the car, I wait no more than 5 mins because there are many counters/ staff. Within 10 mins, you should be able to check the rental car, sign some papers and off you go ! I would highly recommend it to anyone (local or tourist) ! 2 thumbs up :)

The price was pretty competitive. The service was easy to deal with and the terms clearly explained. You can even end up reducing the $400 excess to $50!!! I likey this option. Nevermind that on my way back from Lismore I got pulled over by the police at 1am - in all honesty I would have pulled me over too. As I was driving slowly, stopping at green lights and trying to figure out where I was. When did North Sydney get so confusing? Suffice to say, these guys are helpful, handy and cheap if you want a car to do low mileage with you can get a cheaper hire rate. Plus they made pick up and drop off a breeze as they have after hours drop off too.

I could hardly find one on trip advisor too. So...after a few google search I finally opted to go with Budget rental car. Although it was a few miles walk from my hotel, I felt that it was going to be my best bet. Before my trip to Sydney, I made sure to print out my confirmation page showing every detail of my reservation. Once I got to the place, I showed them my confirmation email and provided my drivers license. The attendant went over every detail and finally told us to meet us at the pick-up area. It was a small walk up to a garage. And just like that, we got our small nissan car. The service was great and there was nothing to complain about. Thank you Budget rental car for making our visit as easy as possible. I highly recommend this place.

The additional insurance is also very very cheap (would recommend you to add it). When I inspect the car (before taking the car) the employee actually pointed out many things that I didn't even notice and he wrote it on the argument so yes they are very honest. I would definitely rent from here again. The only down side is the bus stop is a little bit far (around 11 minutes walk). I took uber for 8$ to drop me at Chatswood Train station, so it's not a big deal.

Absolutely risky service for the person renting the vehicle. This service aims at fleecing every…read morecent of money from customers. First of all, the service is not cheap as it sounds. First of all the biggest problem is that the service has no dedicated parking spot, so once you have picked up the vehicle returning it and praying to god that the vehicle doesn't get a parking ticket becomes customers responsibility that can last for many days after the vehicle is returned and you think you are not exposed to any more risks. Secondly, while this service offers no dedicated parking spots, and if any fine is accrued to the vehicle even after 5 days of returning the vehicle, in addition to transferring the fine to you, they will deduct an additional 'inconvenience' fee from your credit card shamelessly. They call it "It's covered in our T&Cs". Ofcourse, the service doesn't has respect for customers. The vehicles are in bad conditions, usually not clean. If vehicle tyre is flat, it doesn't matter to them because your booking has already started, and you can't get out of deal without losing your money. They don't have on-ground people to speak to, and you are supposed to read all their help files to find the account number for their roadside assistance service. I booked a vehicle, had to call NRMA on the morning of the trip, and the vehicle was not road worthy, with NRMA person telling to drive extremely carefully as the tyres were completely treaded off. The flat tyre was so bad in condition that NRMA kept it in spares without mending it, and taking this vehicle has been the highest level of risk I have put my family into. But unfortunately their T&Cs don't cover that. This service has no respect for customers.

Despite saying they would not deduct my credit card "unless I responded within 3 days" they did anyway. Terrible experience.

They were very organized and proficient with the shuttle to and from the airport. The only complaint was that our car was tinier than expected but overall great experience!

Total bill A$1000…read moreplus as there are many hidden cost (which i make a big mistake of not checking) just be more careful with this company. The overall experience with this company was bad, the process of take over and hand over was poorly executed. I wrote and provide reasons but to no avail. They almost wanted to charge me for interior defect. I wish the company well but will give a miss in future.

Our plane was delayed so it meant I needed to walk across the road to Bayswater Car Rentals to hire a car for 24 hours until they opened on Monday morning...... Hetrz HQ was useless eg yes I could go to the airport location to pick up a car but because it wasn't "my car I had booked" I would have to pay the higher rate eg day rate (not an option as was hiring the car for 21 days). Car was nice and in new condition though when we did come back the next day.
