Our class was in studio #5. The sound system was good. Unsure if I loved the floors, but they worked good for this class. Ample spacing for our class which had nearly 2 dozen participants. The space it self is really comprehensive. I saw multiple bathrooms and a gender-neutral bathroom. There is at least 5 separate dance spaces. Each space was arranged depending on dance style. I saw a room with several barre. The general area also boosted several areas to just chill while waiting on a loved to finish a class. On this day...all the kiddos were taking classes. So many little one excited to take their dance classes. It was cute because this little girl kep staring at our class through the window. Highly recommend seeing all the offerings at this dance center. I was surprised by the many offerings they have. I want to try a beginner hip-hop but we will see. Tip: Parking is located around the building on street. Mostly free but get there with time to look. I found it easier to just park off Belmont and walk.

The progress we made in just 4 lessons was truly amazing. My fiancé did NOT like dancing nor the idea of dance classes (especially salsa) before we signed up but even he enjoyed it and was happy we did it. The studio was also very understanding and accommodating when we had to postpone our final dance class several weeks due to some personal circumstances. The prices are extremely reasonable. If you are looking for a good beginner dance class before your wedding, would highly recommend. Street parking in the area can be hit or miss but we never had to drive around the block more than a few times to find a spot nearby.

Then about two weeks before the wedding, my husband actually suggested that he and I go back for a private lesson! Teresa was very accommodating and helped us out. She even recorded us, sent us a list of good songs to practice with, and gave us tips to work out with the DJ specific to the wedding. I should also add that the studio itself also impressive. My daughter has taken tap, contemporary, ballet, hip hip and participated in the Elite team. We traveled with YDA to Disney World Florida to dance on stage and in the big park which was an amazing experience. There have been weekend workshops and competitions. My daughter is has a wonderful connection with Yvonne, the owner, as well as Paulina and the other amazing instructors. This is a dance school that teaches dance but also prepares dancers for other areas of life through the example of their teachers. Every performance is breathtaking. We have so many amazing videos, photos and memories. I am very happy knowing my daughter is in such good hands and watching her grow and dance so beautifully. Thank you YDA!!!
