I honestly don't have enough good things to say about Lili and this company!…read more From the moment I found them on Yelp, the reviews were indicative of the level of customer service they deliver, along with an equally paralled end product/service!! I only had 2 weeks from the moment I called them, to our event. Lili answered the phone every time I called, and personally responded to every request I had within hours. I gave her pinterest photos of our event vibe & what we were going for, and asked her for her expertise to help us put together a balloon color scheme. We were less than a week from the event, when I had an additional balloon idea and wanted her opinion on whether it would look good/what kind of balloons. So she said she take my idea and research balloons that could bring it to life! She soon found that the balloons I wanted weren't available, but she said she could improvise and bring multiple options on the day of the event - to see what would look best. They showed up even earlier than promised, had already hung the majority of the balloon garland, AND by the time they were finished with setup, I came out to the final set up event space, and they took full initiative to create the perfect balloon wording that exceeded by my last minute vision!! WOW. I will 100% be calling Lili's Balloons for any/all future events. You can depend on them to go above and beyond - ON EVERY ASPECT. Hands down, one of the best vendors I have worked with. Thank ya'll so very much.

The attention to detail was incredible and my guests were raving about the touches Lauren put into all of the details and planning. We had a pink-themed, holiday baby shower and Lauren brought all of my dreams together and more! To be able to use A Pretty Party as a "one-stop-shop" for decor, floral arrangements, food and more was incredible. Couldn't recommend enough.

First, Liz asked us what we would be wearing and, then, what types of designs we had in mind. She also gave specific and useful advice about how to prepare our skin for the painting. On the day of her appointment, Liz arrived on time and armed with a makeup case of deeply saturated pigments, glitter, and stick-on gems. She also had printed out enlarged photos of the designs we liked and discussed her thoughts about the color palette based on our intended costumes and coloring. And then she went to work. In one of her other creative lives, Liz is a figurative painter and it shows in her gentle, but effective brushstrokes in creating flowers, vines, and other decorative figures. Her finished work on me was a knockout, and based on classic Mexican majolica. My partner's design was equally stunning, as well as witty. Liz fixed both designs with a spray fixative, which was easy to wear but tough enough to keep the design in place and intact for eight hours. And during that time we received tons of compliments for Liz's incredible work. I can't recommend her highly enough!

I used to really like this place. We've ordered multiple piñata for my daughter's birthday is…read morethroughout the years and for the most part they have been really cute and timely. Unfortunately, this year we ordered a simple number seven with her name and the Monster High logo. We got exactly that but I feel like they could've done a much better job. The worst part wasn't how simple the piñata was for the cost of almost $80. But also the lack of organization and timelines. When we order the piñata, we were told it would be ready by Friday. Friday rolls round and I get a phone call stating it won't be done until five so I agreed to five. I decide not to go on Friday at five due to traffic. So Saturday morning, when my husband arrives to pick it up, it is still not completely done. The logo has not been printed out so he had to wait until they could print it out cut it out and glue it onto the piñata. I would definitely say don't pay in full until you see what you're getting. Make sure that you call multiple times to verify that your item will be done when you need it. I wonder if this is under new management or new people running it. I hope they get it together because I really like the place.
