Jared and Balloons Over Syracuse are the best. Needed a balloon arrangement as a congratulations to my daughter on very short notice. Called him at 4pm ET in Syracuse from my home in Los Angeles and he has the arrangement to a dorm at Syracuse University by 6pm ET. He and his company had already made all of their deliveries for the day, but he took the time to go back to the warehouse, make the arrangement and delivery it just because he is that kind of person and businessman.
