We rented fire truck themed yard signs for my son's 3rd birthday as he's currently obsessed with…read morefire trucks and Fun Yard Cards did not disappoint! The booking website was super easy to use and came with a confirmation email and everything. Unlike some other companies, they do not try to nickel and dime you for having a specific theme. The price was very fair and I spoke on the phone with Jean who was very professional and pleasant. In my reservation it was stated the cards would be put up between 7-10am and by 7:45am they were up and ready for my son. He absolutely loved his yard card. It was even cuter than anything I could've thought up and I was so happy that the figures featured were diverse. It's important that Black children see themselves. We will definitely be using Fun Yard Card signs again for other special occasions and events I have for various organizations I'm active in and will recommend them to anyone in the market for yard signs.

I was nervous about using this company because I couldn't find many recent reviews of them, but I…read moream so glad I gave them a chance. Their Princess Tiana bounce house totally made our party! I thought $131 ($125 plus tax) for basically three days of bouncing was a great deal - they loaded it into our car Friday morning, we set it up that day, and the kids bounced Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. We thought the instructions were very easy to follow, and have had no issues with anything about the pickup or return. The facility address is misleading; when driving to their office stick to the directions they give in their instructional email. When the blower is on, the bounce house inflates super fast; once you turn off the blower, it deflates pretty quickly, so you can just leave it set up the whole weekend and as long as the blower is off/ unplugged you don't have to worry about strange animals (or people) trying to get inside it at night. It IS heavy - 75 pounds? - so we used a wagon to wheel it from the driveway to our backyard, and needed a couple of people to do setup. However you don't even have to lay a finger on it at the facility - they will load it directly into your car, and then unload it on Monday. I called their company like four times because I was so worried about the weather/ fees/ other nasty surprises; each time Molly answered and was reassuring. The company in general seems pretty chill. She assured me that it would not get ruined by getting rained on. I was worried about cleaning fees but she explained they all have to be cleaned anyway every Monday just from mud and so on, so that's already included in the price. We will absolutely be using this company again! Bounce house rental: $130; gas driving to and from facility: $2; three days of thrilled (and exhausted) kids?? PRICELESS

When we attempted to update our order quantity the…read moreday before pickup, we couldn't reach anyone and were later told no changes could be made--despite the contract not listing a deadline. As a result, we overpaid for items we didn't need. Several items arrived damaged or unusable, including cracked glassware, stained/shrunken napkins, and worn easels. We also had to rewash more than half the glassware due to dirt. Communication was difficult due to a point-of-contact change, and overall customer service lacked the flexibility expected in the event industry. Unfortunately, we won't be returning for future events.

I worked with Jamie in the office, a 50% deposit was taken to reserve the screen and the balance was paid the week of my rental. She was very helpful and answered my MANY questions. Dave came to set up the screen and equipment. I was given his direct phone number so that he and I could coordinate a more specific time inside the 2 hour delivery window I was given. This was very helpful with all the last minute things I had to do to get ready for the party. He made sure I was totally aware of how to use all the equipment. It came with a standard bluray player and projector, but some very high level speakers. Once the sun set and we sat down to watch the movie everyone got a huge kick out of it. The popcorn from the machine was fresh and tasty, the screen was clear, and the sound was better than a theater! It was an amazing party. Excellent customer service! I am removing 1 star for a technicality, the equipment cannot be used in the rain. Had it started to rain the day of my event I would have been totally out of luck (and out of the money). It would be great if they could figure out a way to waterproof the equipment.
