Their website says the event will be help rain or shine and that they do not offer refunds for that reason. but they continue to cancel and hold peoples money! they've canceled 2 times on us and we cant make the third date they've named and still wont give our money back! their customer service is extremely rude and unhelpful. screenshot the entire conversation and will be taking this further.
