The railing supports had rusted off the old footings and the metal was becoming dilapidated. This was a challenging job and Carlos did fantastic work reattaching the railing supports to the concrete stairs and bringing back the tired old wrought iron to a like-new condition. Our railing has never looked better and is absolutely rock solid for safety. There are not many (any?) craftsmen out there that are willing to take on a tough exterior restoration job like this and Carlos stuck with it until the job was done to our satisfaction, right down to the final coat of paint.
