Overall simplistic but nice mural in a neighborhood that might be the home of the cities finest public art. It does not Quite stand up to the areas other murals but I do enjoy the positive message.

Me and my friend and fellow yelper Jeremy J was actually on our way for a planned day of trying out some spots in the Shelby park neighborhood and the Nulu neighborhoods and we drove by this one completely on accident. Wasn't on our list of things to check out. So we pulled over and took some photographs. Looks like it consists of kids playing and has the Shelby park name on it. I did not see an artist name or anything but the artists did a nice job. Overall cool and accidental find on our fun filled afternoon. Glad we came across it so we can share with the rest of the yelp community.

If you walk out of Logan street market and look diagonal across the street headers towards the curve in the road you will see this piece. Easy to miss as it's set back in a little cove with a few trees and plants blocking the view. Very colorful piece that's a nice addition to the area. My kids and there friends love the claimable trees in Front of the art and like to pose for photo ops up there. Which kinda makes me try and skip it as a worried parent. But I get it. I half way want to climb the trees myself. Overall nice addition with a different type of setting In a continuously growing and vibrant public art mural scene in the Shelby park neighborhood.

This particular mural is one of several that is located on the massive exterior of the downtown Marriott and adjoining front porch kitchen restaurant. This abstract looking mural features a yellow color prominent and features two oddly shaped night travelers in front of the yellow buildings. Not sure if maybe the artist was going with an alien theme but that's the vibe I picked up on. Overall a cool and interesting addition to an awesome downtown Louisville art initiation that really gives the area a colorful and fun vibe.
