They didn't try to guilt me about my teeth ( I also have depression so I've had periods of not tending to myself the best I can) and when the time came for my next appointment, the one for the heavy lifting work, I was prescribed an oral sedative so I could actually get some sleep the night before and gas during. Dr. Kallis was so gentle with the novacaine, more gentle than any other dentist took the time to be. AND the office is clean and comfortable, even the bathroom is nice. If you gave up on the dentist like me I urge you to give this location a try.

Go on Tuesday for the procedure after taking the 10mg Valium they prescribed. I get there and Dr. Seeley does not show. Dr. Franklin won't do the sedation. He continues to try to pressure me to do the surgery without it. He offers Halcion when I told him it's never worked for me which is why I chose IV sedation that their website says they do. My whole phobia of dentists and anxiety will not let me. He then cancels and refuses it all. Says he will try to reschedule months away. I haven't been able to eat food in over three months and I scheduled it now because of my work schedule and kids sports schedules I was working around. Not to mention working around both doctors schedules. Unorganized. Unprofessional. Not caring at all. Not to mention Dr. Seeley could have call and cancelled. My FMLA was scheduled to start from work today for this procedure and I had to miss work for nothing. They didn't want to cancel because they wanted to force me through it.

Knowing they weren't permanent and would be wonky and need readjusted she did it anyway. Instead of making them CORRECTLY they put soft liner in. They didn't fit in her mouth AT ALL you could clearly see there was too much reline on the bottoms. There was almost no groove for her gums to go in. She said oh well they're temporary and chalked up the loss. Then she went in for her permanent ones and wanted me to go with her so I could tell her if they looked right. They said no one can go back. So I left. Want to know why? Because they don't listen to you and they try to manipulate you into believing they look good and fit correctly and with no friend or family there to tell you otherwise. Guess what? They don't. They fit perfectly until they decided to put reline in the tops this time AGAIN! She can't wear them at all. Yet they convinced her she'd get used to it. They bulge out and the bite doesn't even fit together. Now she is stuck with them and they won't help her make it right despite being paid. I've had temporary dentures from a different location and they were fine. So, it's just this location that literally does not care about doing their jobs correctly. They want you in and out regardless of how you feel about what you PAID for.
