They are conveniently located off of Alico Rd. You simply drive up and the employee working the station fills you up and lets you know how much it will be. We paid $46 for two refills (20lb tanks each). While we were there we asked about their other options and they do have full tanks you can purchase which seemed like a good deal. Their 100lb tank was $300 full. I would definitely recommend!

Manager later terminated my service without my knowledge or written notice, as required under our contract, after stating I would report them to the state for an apparent data breach. Leaving a customer with low fuel before an impending storm is completely unethical. Upon finding a new company, I was stunned to learn they'd been charging me nearly double the going rate for propane delivery.

My wife went to this place for two 20 lb propane tanks and they took advantage of my hospice, RN wife. My wife doesn't know the average cost of a propane tank... This woman charged my wife $90 cash and gave her a receipt for $70 which my wife didn't notice till after she left.. and then the store says that they didn't take credit cards and my wife was out of cash so they allowed her to do a Zelle transaction and charged another $90 for a 2nd tank... Then when we called them out on it, they denied it.... This place is run by liars and thieves.

They said they did but then they noticed they sold it that day to another gentleman. I was a little down hearing that they had it but then no they don't. But then they said they would order me parts and let me know once the parts came in and we could set up appt to get it installed and I can pay after all of the work is done. I said ok sounds great. So Dominic Fisher ordered my parts to get there in a week. I was super excited and could not wait. Time went by I called on 6/5/2018 and wanted to know if my parts got there I talked to a young guy on the phone. I let the guy know it's been a week and 6 days did my parts arrive yet? He said I'd have to talk to Dominic Fisher the other young guy that was supposed to have ordered my parts to get there with in a week which was what was said. He said he will leave Dominic a meager to call me. I said ok, and then the next day on Wed. 6/6/2018 10:09AM I just decided to go in. Peter another older gentleman helped me, very kind and friendly and professional. He looked in the back for me and said it was there and we scheduled the appt to get it installed on 6/9/2018 which it finally happened and worked out. Peters and Kent Leis the 2 older gentleman were very professional and respectful and very reliable. Both very hard workers. Made appt for today at 10Am. 10AM: got there waited in line which took a while. Checked in and gave keys once it was our turn to get to counter. 10:35Am They slowed down a little to be able to get my truck to the back and start working on it. 10:40Am wife and I walked to shell factory which was close by. Got a text from them at 11:30Am telling me my truck was ready. And I called them right after the text and talked to a female which she did also say my truck was ready. Said ok we will head there now. So my my and I walked back to the U-Haul to pay and pickup my vehicle. Kent Leis knocked down the price for me some because of the wait time that we had to wait because they were slammed and it was passed the time and took longer than expected. This is why I give 5stars instead of 3 because Kent and Peter where very professional and they knocked the price down so instead of paying $211.90. I paid $190.40. Because they care about satisfaction and value their customers. I really appreciate the hard work and effort into taking care of my vehicle and my wife and I. They are pretty busy. So far every time we have gone there which was 3 times, they had lines of customers. Thank you Peter and Kent Leis. You both were awesome. Also just some advise for U-Haul company, if possible I'd hire some more front desk side for people to get in and out quickly as possible and the young kid I talked to on phone, wasn't very professional in my opinion I didn't get his name which he was lucky. And Dominic was very friendly and he just needs some more training in my opinion to gain better knowledge of how to do some of the work better like the computer system. He was very customer service friendly and welcoming though. So that's great. But that young kid on the phone that I talked to that said he will leave a message for Dom, he definitely needs to gain better customer service training for sure. Not good. He worked on 6/5/2018 I believe. Anyways other than that like I said my hitch is on and looks amazing. So happy with the decision I made to get one installed and that's all for U-Haul! Thank you. There was one setting on the regulator for propane and a different one for natural gas. If he had checked the gas pressure correctly he would have seen that my pressure was too high. My grill went up to 800 degrees! I called him to repair it and he said he would. We made an appointment and he never showed up. Same story two more times. I wasted three days waiting for him. Finally I took the regulator off myself and brought it to another gas service company to get it set right. I asked Oscar for a refund of the labor charges since he did not do the job right. He said he would but he never sent me any money. These people are incompetent, unreliable, and liars.
