As I made my way to the restaurant, I was a little "nervous" that I wasn't going to the right place. Then I saw it. As soon as I entered, I knew I was on for a treat. I ordered chilaquiles along with some fajita on top. Jackpot. The food was great and came out quicker than I could ever expect. The wait staff were very attentive and polite. I ordered in mix English-Spanish before my waitress replied to me in English. While I was there, there was a Tejano music duo going table to table playing songs. I recognized some of the jams. Best of all? The place was cheap! Highly recommend!

None of the staff nor the Owner came over to extend an apology for the 40mnt wait time. As we only had an hour break we left hungry and as we made attempts to pay for the mineral water I had the Owner advised us she does 't work there, even though we have seen her work the cash register many times previously. I ordered the rolled tacos (beef) they were overly crunchy and the meet I couldn't bite through. Once you bite into it and ended up pulling most of the meat out so the last few bites were just shell. I ordered a beef empanada and was expecting ground beef but got the same meat last the rolled tacos and the same experience but the shell of the empanada was delicious. I think it was the language barrier that caused the mix up. My wife ordered the fried chicken thay came on a bead of plantain that were very good and chicken was delicious also. I will give them another try now that I know a little better of what every thing is.

The appetizers came out fairly quick one by one however waiting for my chicken plate took about 30+ minutes the Mr was done with his plate by the time I got mine. The flavor was okay, the shredded chicken definitely needed more seasoning, tge chicken was just okay and the shredded beef was a little rough..They are pretty friendly though..I just wont be in a rush to go back..
