It's on the actual side of the building, not towards the front. I parked towards the back and there weren't any empty parking spaces but someone was leaving just as I pulled in. The office is on the second floor and they have stairs and an elevator. I didn't know if they actually had a drop box to drop off paperwork. The security guard screens people coming in. He was extremely helpful in directing me to the drop box and what to do to drop off the paperwork. They have largish envelopes where you write your SS#, name and contact information on before putting your document in it and sealing the envelope before putting it in the drop box. It was quick and easy to drop off the paperwork.

Only then will they come back to the window to give it to you after 1hr passes, that must be their quota to make the 8 hours go by. If you need a property receipt ask the Sargent he will make the officer write one out because the officers don't want to give you accurate information. If you need a letter stating why the police can't give you a report and the officers say no, ask for the Sargent and he will make them do it. They have to be told by their Sargent before they can do their jobs, like babies. Don't let them turn you away, know your rights!!

I will stop and take more pics of them sitting on all four corners of traffic light tops this coming week soon. It's just what a sight to see so many of them here all gathered around in one corner from the 'City of Duarte.' I could have sworn but, I think they could be all Pigeons and none Mourning Doves which this bird species can be spotted more from the 'City of Arcadia.' But the 'City of Duarte,' also neighbors the 'City of Arcadia!!!! When I feel like playing switch offs, I would drive either here or Old Town Monrovia more frequently than Baldwin Park or San Gabriel (which I used to drive to a lot as well). Will be back soon!
