When I finally threatened to report them to the BBB and the IRS they finally gave back my W-2. I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. He had a plan that was annual and they would file the quarterlies, but I explained that I have an accounting/actuarial background and handle the quarterly filing myself, so I only need Dec and Jan. He said, so "you want to hire for 2 months, you're just trying to rip someone off, goodbye" AND HUNG UP before I could respond.
