On top of my side gig, I am now using them a for a new start up entity and so far everything has been a breeze. Melissa and Elaine are the 2 bookkeepers I have dealt with and they are accurate, fast and really great to work with. I worked with CapFoege to organize our financials and numbers in 2018. We got off to a very rocky…read morestart as Matt their founder totally ignored all the data and information that I gave them to help them organize and get things categorized correctly. After numerous emails and calls they eventually got it right but created a lot of extra work for themselves and myself. When I followed up last week about organizing the most recent numbers the first email was ignored and the second one took them 6 days to get me a quote for something that should have been a quick email response. When I showed them the lack of correspondence via email they called and apologized but couldn't understand the accounting task and quoted an unreasonable number for the job. We agreed to part ways as my gut was telling me if were already having this many issues than it's not going to be a good fit.

They reorganized my chart of accounts to align to the business I was actually doing and created financial visibility I would have expected from a large firm. They also helped me with my financial systems to ensure my AP/AR was working perfectly. Later we expanded services for AP/AR and worked hand in hand with my sales and fulfillment teams... They have been a real partner to my company and was because of the help I was able to grow my business from 300k to 3M.

Claire Sitz was able to help me file taxes for my father's estate, which wasn't easy because there were several documents I was missing. Claire walked me through what I needed, and was very patient in waiting for me to finish my quest to find everything, or pry them loose from government hands. The situation looked bleak, but in the end Claire was not only able to file the returns, but got me better results with the resources available than I could have dreamed of! The cherry on top is the bill was about half what I expected. From this day forward, if anyone says the word taxes to me, I will recommend R Moore EA & Associates before they can finish their sentence. Not to take anything away from the other fine folks there, but I will also be giving a strong recommendation to Claire Sitz. If she can handle the fantastic, disorganized mess of my father's estate's taxes, she can move mountains for others! Thanks again Claire!

I've been coming to R Moore Ea & Associates for over 10 years, and the only reason I've stayed is…read morebecause of my amazing accountant, Amy Sanchez. Amy is the definition of professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. She always returns calls in a timely manner, which is HUGE for me. I've dealt with other businesses where I've had to wait days, even weeks, just to get a simple question answered. That has never been the case with Amy. She's consistently on top of everything and makes the entire tax process smooth and stress-free. She's also very reasonably priced and truly has her clients' best interests at heart. I really appreciate that she encourages proactive planning and self-contributions to stay ahead of what's owed to Uncle Sam. It shows she's thinking long-term for her clients, not just about filing and moving on. It would be remiss of me not to mention Lisa at the front desk. In the past, there were front desk staff who didn't seem very happy to be there, which made for an uncomfortable first impression. Lisa is the complete opposite. She's always smiling, remembers names, and is genuinely courteous and helpful every single time. As long as Amy is here, I'll continue to be a loyal client. And if she ever moves, I'll absolutely follow her!
