Though it was on file, they somehow could not figure out verification so I ended up not going in for the appointment. So, this was a little irritating especially since everything was fine last time. They evidently are sticklers for the insurance card in hand and it would have been nice to been informed of that. I have forgotten medical insurance cards in the past or had outdated cards but in all cases I have received the service with the medical office figuring out the current policy numbers, etc. The service I received the first appointment was fine and nothing negative to say about it. Just didn't appreciate the inflexibility at the desk. Didn't feel like they cared that they were turning me away, so to that I say 'see ya'.

I hadn't been to their office in about 15 years. The son now runs it. He had some enormous shoes to fill when Kevin retired, my opinion based from the many dentists I have used. He fills those shoes completely, might even be a smidge better than his father. My first "conscious" extraction ever and he made it quick and as painless as could be. Very professional, polite, and talented is an understatement. I absolutely will not use another dentist ever again. Period. I'd never had a root canal before and all I've ever heard is how scary and painful they are. I was really dreading this appointment. My dentist (Dr. Patterson, just upstairs) referred me to Dr. Lindquist for this procedure and I'm so glad she did! Dr. Lindquist and her staff are really kind and helpful throughout the whole process. The root canal only took about an hour and, honestly, I didn't feel a thing! I kept waiting for it to hurt but it never did. The room was pleasant, the staff were chipper, and it was a great experience! I kept waiting all day, then all week for the pain to kick in and it never really did. The day of the root canal I took ibuprofen twice (once right after the procedure and once later in the day when I was at work). That's it. The recovery was easy and the pain was minimal. If you need a root canal, definitely consider this practice. I hope I never need one again (damn you sugar!!!) but if I do, it'll be here!
