Bakio is a wonderful and cozy tapas restaurant with delicious food from North of Spain (Pais Vasco). The food is incredibly tasty and satisfying. So much so that we came back to eat two times on the same day after discovering it. It's hard to choose a favorite on the menu because every dish was delicious. We absolutely LOVED the foie on toast layered with divine caramelized onions with applesauce (need I say more after the description?), the octopus was amazing, the garlic shrimp was perfection (don't forget to dunk your bread in the garlic soiled oil and visit heaven), the cod croquettes were lovely and comforting and the ratatouille was tres magnifique! Prices are very reasonable as compared to high end restaurants or hotels serving similar dishes (maybe not at this quality). The staff were super nice and attentive and most speak English. read more
