Firstly there are never any baskets in the racks on entering the shop from the car park area. So it is necessary to go searching for baskets in front of the till. Secondly, if you go into the shop outside the busy hours and need to go to the kiosk to check out do not expect either a pleasant or friendly welcome. A grunt and a point to which till is working is the best you're likely to receive. Very poor customer service tbh. Will shop elsewhere whenever possible in future.

Almost loaded up with more camping gear but refrained as there was a camping shop with a sale on down the road. Anyway, saw the 'Multibuy - 2 for £5' offer on the BBQs and thought 'get in', until I got to the till with my fiver and was charged £5.50. I said I was sure the offer was 2 for £5 but the till lady said 'no, it's 2 for £5.50' and as I didn't have any extra cash I had to pay by card, and then after I'd walked out I got really peeved about that extra 50p and way I'd been dismissed so I went back in and after I'd showed the lady the sign I got my 50p back, hooray! There was also food menu with a selection of tapas and sandwiches and an interesing menu of Novus branded teas which sounded great! The window display is always tempting you inside. Once you get inside, there are cabinets full of Royal Crown Derby porcelain, Wedgwood and Royal Worcester. They also have a range of gifts and unusal items as well as the odd bargain. The basement is definitely worth a vist with a great selection of Royal Crown Derby antiques from the past 150 years. They are all priced and for sale and it is one of the biggest colelctions of Derby I have seen outside of the factory. Had no table or chairs to use due to being told original delivery, even said we would take the display ones. Been told that they are having problems finding good oak.The van is broken his mother is ill the driver has hurt his leg!!!! Not much help if you need it to make the furiniture!! After 4 MONTHS the 'table four chairs and coffe table' finally arrive.. The coffee table is the wrong colour, totally wrong hight and has saw teeth marks running down it. The £1300kitchen table is wobbly, wrong colour not treated, spilt and not fitted together correctly. The shrinkage on the table is incredible..Gaps are appearing Over half an inch wide. The coffee table made a loud cracking sound and a huge split appeared the phone calls begin and NOT ONE TIME WAS I CALLED BACK! I was promised a replacement for both tables,, three weeks later still no replacement. . DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY WITH A BARGE POLE. we r £1800 worse off with all the stress and a bloody big phone bill on top. COWBOY COMPANY!!!!!!!
