Mostly healthy and inventive food choices which impressed me and plenty of vegetarian and pescetarian items, which meant i could eat the majority of the menu, which is always a bonus. I settled on the vegetarian burger which the served suggest and it was insane. Halloumi, portobello mushroom in a nice brioche with home cooked Rosemary fries, simply wonderful and for less than 8 pounds. My stepmum went for the pasta with added chicken and I definitely had food envy, it had such a nice spicy kick to it! Lovely! Rating wise gotta be a 5, will be there when I'm next home again.

The cakes are fantastic too, I had a lime and courgette cake there once and it was bliss! Good value for money and we don't need any dinner when we have lunch here as the portions are very generous. The only thing that would make me loathe to leave a positive review is the danger of alerting so many people to this wonderful little tucked away gem that I might have to queue for my favourite outdoor table on the shady patio by the honeysuckle and bees!

There is a dining room that overlooks the town, a small family room with childrens play area and a compact courtyard that really traps the sun in summer. All the food is home made and vegetarian, with vegan options too and is changed regularly. There is also a good range of hot drinks available - I'd particularly recommend the hot chocolate!

Waitress was able to make an exception and get us seated without a reservation. She was very friendly and patient. The burgers and chik'n were all A1. I thoroughly enjoyed the food and so did my non-vegan companions. The atmosphere was very comfortable and clean. This was an excellent restaurant to visit as part of an across the pond vacation.
