We no longer live in the i.e. so when we were in the area, we had to stop at Baker's and get our comfort food. Customer service was fantastic. Young lady was very friendly service was super quick. Food was great. We enjoyed everything and will definitely be back. read more

Staff: The team was okay. From the window to pay to the other employee that came to the window to bring us the food, the service to me was only okay. Quality: We got a combo burrito which is always good. Also, they now have a Cali burrito which is sooooo tasty. Value: Standard pricing you'd expect. Overall: We ALWAYS hit up Bakers when we come to the IE. The experience was disappointing this time. Arrived about 845 pm and being the first car but we waited 10 minutes for our food. Before you say, " they make their food when you order", I am aware. But after many times eating at Bakers including this location and I've never waited this long. So the lack of customer service and unusually long wait made my experience a 3 star. Sorry no pics of the food but we were eating while passing through. read more

Ordered Cali Steak Fries and when I got home there wasn't any steak on the fries. Just cheese, guacamole and sour cream. Paid almost $9 and waited for a while in the drive thru to not even h get a crum of meat. What a rip off! read more

Dirty, Dirty, Dirty... Floors were sticky, and black from lack of cleaning... all over the restaurant. Over half the tables were covered in trash, and hot sauce wrappers, had a hard time finding a clean table at the location. The food was a similar quality to other bakers, except the service was SLOW... very SLOW! The fries were hot and tasty, but the large fry looked like a small. The chicken burritos were hot with a spicy red sauce. Overall the food was good... 2 stars due to the disgusting cleaning in the location. Bakers do better if you want to stay in business! read more

Came here today. Restaurant was dirty, service was bad. We were the only customers and waited 13 min before I asked where our order was. The worker said the fry machine was not working. He said our 2 burritos were done and handed me the bag from behind the counter. He said we could have chips instead of fries or a bean cup. SMH Food was cold. read more

What can we improve?... How about when somebody ask for well-done fries you cook them extra. And maybe aybe if somebody asks for extra cheese and pays $.79, you actually put some extra cheese on the burrito. I have been too many Bakers restaurants and this location has got to be the worst read more

We use to come to Baker's all the time, now I have no desire to eat here anymore. I'm disappointed with this place. Whoever took over is going cheap at the expense of our health and flavor. Egg burrito is not real egg but egg product. Fries are awful now, they use to be good, now they stick together and seem to be undercooked also taste like chemicals. Tacos also taste like chemicals. Also, whatever oil they are using now is coming through with a nasty flavor. Unfortunately, the list goes on. I'd rather not support this chain anymore. read more

This is an inexpensive fast food place that mainly sells burgers and Mexican food. The place is clean and decent, but don't expect much. Their prices are low, but you basically get what you pay for. I ordered the Classic Chicken Burrito, which goes for $5.59. It was ok, but not really much. It did have some chunks of chicken in it. The place does not offer salsa at all. However, they do have packets of hot sauce. read more

The husb was thrilled when he saw the Baker's sign by the freeway off ramp. We went in and it was quiet, no other customers but us. Honestly, this scared me a bit, but I figured, let's try it! We went in and we got the Taco Tuesday deal with fries and drinks. Taco Tuesday deal is all tacos $1.69. The husb had tacos with ground beef, lettuce, tomato and cheese. I got the same sans the cheese and tomaters. The tacos tasted good, the fries were tasty and crispy. The employees were friendly. More customers came in as we were eating. It appears that this Bakers gets their business from the drive thru, hence the name. I'll tell the husb that we have to stop here again, next time we're in the area, preferably on a Tuesday! read more

Do not come here if you are wanting food. They give you a kids size burrito for $10. Not worth the price. Fast food is sadly just not worth it anymore. Could have at least added $10 worth of meat. This was less than the taco portion. read more

Double stuffed grilled ground beef burrito is just mush in a tortilla. The burrito and fries are old and cold. I do not recommend. Eat at your own risk. The food tastes like hate food. 12/27/2025 read more

Came in on a Thursday expecting a closing time of 9:00pm like is stated on all sources online and on the window. Very good fast food. Too bad it's only in San Bernadino and Riverside. A solid mix of burgers and Mexican classics. Both are great here (as far as fast-food). The prices aren't too bad either. One HUGE plus is that both times I've been to Baker's the person working the drive-thru has been flawless. They spoke clear prefect English and our custom orders were spot-on.. - Baker's is now a mandatory stop when traveling through this part of SoCal... - They also have several "Loma Linda" menu options for vegetarians. read more

I love going to Baker's Drive Thru whenever I am shopping at the Ontario outlet. I went with my family on a Saturday in December to pick up lunch. I had $5 credit from downloading the app and scanned a receipt. We luckily found parking and the line inside was long. I ordered ground beef burrito and small fries and paid $1.92 difference. I didn't wait too long for my food to arrive. I love their different packets of hot sauce. FYI, save receipt and scan to get points read more

Came in and saw the 1 lb double stuffed burrito which was advertised for $11.89 and you can make it a combo for $1.99. I was told the combo only included a small drink. Since when has a fast food combo meal not be a drink and a side. So a burrito, medium drink and fries later it was $18.95! Fast food prices are getting ridiculous! read more

This is staple of IE aka Inland Empire!! If you are from IE, you know about Baker's. I was first introduced to this place during my undergraduate days and I simply love/adore this place. If you are a student or a frugal person looking for a delicious food, this place is for you. LOVE their spicy ketchup and their soft tacos are a must try! Do expect long lines and spotty service during busy hours but trust me, it's worth it. p.s. I would recommend any papa meals + and don't forget to ask for extra spicy ketchups!! read more

Meh. I've experienced better. So true. This is junk food. Chili cheese fries, basic burgers and Mexican fast food. I tried this location purely for their drive thru and proximity to work. Bakers hours of operation is annoying. The company is unorganized. My husband and I go to various locations and each location stays open different hours. You need to have set hours company wide. Always make it a point to stop when I see a Bakers. Food is great! Bring some locations to Orange County!!

I was in the area passing through and wanted a good burger from a mom and pop joint. Realized this was a bigger chain restaurant and became disappointed thinking it was going to be an average burger. I had never been to bakers before. Let me tell you. I get my burgers plain meat and cheese so most of the time they have to be made fresh. Let me tell you. This was probably the best burger I have ever ate in my life. I swear better than any burger I think I have ever had. I ate the cheese off the of paper wrapper everything was so delicious and the fries were amazing too. Awesome customer service super respectful. Almost went back just to tell them what an amazing meal it was. I regret not going back and giving someone credit for this amazing meal. I will be driving back soon just for this burger. Baker's Drive-Thru - Mexican Near Me - Ontario, California

I think this has to be one of the worst Bakers locations now when it used to be one of the best MANY years back. I came in Sunday night to grab a couple of milkshakes for me and my wife. The place was completely empty and maybe three cars in the drive thru but I figured hey it's only a couple of shakes I'm sure it'll be quick instead of waiting in the drive thru. So I go inside and place my order for two shakes and begin to wait .. couple minutes go by and they haven't even started making the shakes yet and then another pair of ( Latino ) people walk in which was a father and young daughter. Now keep in mind everyone working at this time was Latino. So the guy orders two Sundaes and the girl starts to make them right away while my shakes hadn't been started yet. So after about another five minutes the girl finishes making the sundaes while I'm still waiting for my shakes , now keep in mind it probably by now would've been better to go through the drive thru to get it faster. Well she hands the guy the sundaes and he leaves then she walks away to make some food and looks at me and kind of smirks and looks away .. so I'm waiting for over ten minutes now for my shakes and still nothing. The girl looked at me again and I kind of gave her a look like hurry up what's taking so long and she walks back over to start making the shakes. Well a few minutes later I get my shakes and no whipped cream or anything which they at least usually ask you if you want whipped cream and the shakes were like water , literally water purely liquefied nothing close to a shake and she hands me them and says here you go and turns around and walks away. I literally waited 15 minutes in a dead restaurant to get some liquified shake and attitude from the workers. I was so fed up I just threw them away and left. Absolutely ridiculous.. everyone of these lazy racist workers should be fired read more

My chili cheese fries and single Baker were fu $$ing delicious. Honestly that was the best burger I have had in a long time, it was that good.
