Went to this bakers to get food obviously, and I got a burger, fries, and a lemonade. I got the lemonade and it not that cold and had not a lot of ice. I got my food and went home I ate the burger and I saw tomatoes in it (I asked for no tomatoes) so I just took them out and besides that the burger was ok. The fries were Phenomenal! This was my first bakers and it was decent. read more

Stopped to grab my baby some fries. Got the two bean and cheese burrito because the gentleman working the window said it was only like $.15 more. I appreciated the honesty on the better value. The fries were nicely salted, crispy, and hot. The bean and cheese burritos didn't skimp on the cheese either. Just the beans were watery. Didn't care for that. Overall, it was a great quick stop to grab some food for the road. If in the area, stop by this bakers. They're always friendly! read more

I don't know if this place is rationalize their ingredients or what but a half filled taco is not acceptable. I asked for sour cream, no sour cream only thing that they are not rationalizing is onions. I asked for onions on my burrito. They gave me 85% onions Light on the beans and the meat and the cheese. The tacos were poorly filled barely any cheese plenty of lettuce, barely any meat. This is my second time at this location at a grand total of 40 bucks. This will be the last time I called management and they yet to get back to me. All I know is they owe me $40 in food.. try to avoid the Night Shift at all costs came through around 1015 gentlemen at the windows pretty nice just don't pay attention the detail I asked for the jalapeño sauce didn't give me any gave me plenty spicy ketchup, That's about it. read more

I'm waiting half an hour after what should be there opening time, in the drive through, the store isn't open, and it looks like there is only one worker... only one worker on the morning shift on the weekend... Whoever working that drive thru at night need they p**** ate fr she did her sh** burritos big as hell and fries were hot good service!

I arrived to eat but the lobby was locked and I couldn't order from the inside so I had to go through the drive-through. They were pretty quick in taking my order and as soon as I had paid my food was ready. The food to me was good but not great and the workers do seem like robots instead of being genuinely interested in providing a great customer experience. read more

This used to be a great Bakers, the portions don't match the price at all , we received about 21 French fries for $2.04 that includes the bits and pieces what a rip off. We had to wait about 15 minuets to get our food. That's okay if your busy but when your the only people in the place it's not acceptable considering we had to wait to place the order. I hate to say it but I don't think the corporate office cares about its customers. Please hire some qualified employees. Bakers is becoming quite consistent with low customer service and satisfaction. Please wake up corporate. Bloomington is now neck and neck with the Fontana Sierra location. read more

I don't usually post reviews but I had to. I won't be going back to this Baker's ever. We pullled up and a female voice asked to take our order. While placing our order we could hear a dog barking incessantly through the Drive-thru speaker. We were going to leave because it sounded like there was a dog in the kitchen. Then a man's voice came on the speaker and apologized for the barking and said the dog was going to keep barking. We asked him if there was a dog in the kitchen, he laughed and saidno, it's a neighbors dog. Then why was it coming thru the drive-thru speaker?! read more

Came here looking for breakfast. According to their app the adjusted hours said it opened at 8am. The employees literally arrive at 8am as well. We underestimated them they were prompt and ready to go! We received service with a pleasant tone because she was equipped with her mask & gloves. The young lady even changed them after using the register. read more

The food is terrible!!! Bring back the old baker's food and menu. I can't believe this was the place I once worked out. The food has really gone down hill. The quality, the quantity is horrible. I asked for a taco salad and of course they changed their menu so I had a chicken burrito. It was dried up pieces of chicken, a small amount with a little bit of cheese. There was more tortilla than anything. Sooo sad. I used to love baker's. read more

I always enjoy bakers with my family and friends and every time we come Brenda is here with a big smile on her face welcoming us so warmly! This is our neighborhood bakers and we go there quite often. It's hot and miss if your food will be good or not. Today I ordered fries and a quesadilla with extra cheese. My husband went thru the drive thru and brought home to me. It was disgusting. The fries were double fried and cold with no salt and the quesadilla had extra extra green sauce. There was so much I couldn't even eat it. I asked for extra cheese not extra sauce. Needless to say the whole meal went in the trash. We will return again but I will double and triple check my order before leaving for sure. Waste of money this time. read more

This location has gone downhill over the past few months and tonight was the final straw. The drive thru line was somewhat full (to be expected on a Friday night) but once I got to the window to order, no one greeted me. I waited for over 5 minutes before a girl said "Can I take your order?" How welcoming. She never apologized for the wait. For whatever reason every time I've gone through the drive thru I seem to get someone who appears to not like their job. They never give you your total, they just ask you to come to the window. I paid with my debit card and she kept my card while she was taking other orders and making drinks. I did not get my card back until my food came out. Totally unacceptable. This type of behavior is a red flag in my opinion and a huge safety issue. Lastly, When I received my food, she gave me ONE napkin, yes one. Then when I informed her I only received one, she gave me ONE more. What a joke! By this time she could tell that I was annoyed and asked if I needed more. I declined and left. To make matters worst, I asked for fries with no salt and my fries were STILL not fresh. Shameful. I won't be coming back here anytime soon. read more

BOMB!! The fries were crispy as can be an the shake was thick . Also drive through lady was so nice

Had mold on mine & my daughter's burgers buns on a Wednesday night. Was told that I would get a refund from corporate. It's going to be a week now and still no refund. That Bakers sucks. Always messes up orders and most workers are extremely rude. And if you go through the drive thru be prepared to wait 30+ mins. read more

I absolutely love bakers. I usually stick to the locations in San Bernardino but since i was nearby i thought i would check this store out. This bakers location is terrible. After waiting in a long line at 8:30 PM, I expected my fries to be fresh since it was a busy hour but... i received cold stale fries that looked like they had been sitting at the bottom of their tray for hours. so i came to the drive thru on 9.30.19 at around 11:30pm. i was ordering chili cheese fries but substituting the chili for green sauce which is what i typically order. the girl (later found out her name is ZIN) told me on the speaker she has to charge me extra and i told her i never get charged, they usually just substitute it bc i don't like the meat. well this girl says "well that's why we have the vegetarian chili" in the nastiest tone EVER. i told her politely i didn't want that, i wanted green sauce. she stayed quiet for a good 3 minutes and finally said "ok anything else" in the same ugly tone. i ordered a chocolate shake as well. i went to the window and she still was wearing her bad attitude. she hands me my shake then stands the fries right side up. which is common sense you have to leave them on the side and then she basically shoved them toward me and i swear on everything when i put the fries layed down they all came out and onto my jacket. i had to knock on the window a few times for her to come back. when she opened the window she was all "what??" i was like ummmmm yeah u just messed up the fries by putting them the wrong way and now they're all over my front seat. she was all "oh my bad i'll make u new ones. give me those." i handed them to her. she had a grip on them and then when i let go she dropped them all over my car door. i literally made sure she had a grip on them and she just let them go. like really?! she made me new ones, and i went home. my shake was hella melted bc she had to remake the fries and when i went to eat the fries they were cold and stale. i'm so upset. first bakers raises their prices and now their customer service is the only thing cheap. ONE MORE THING. IF U LOOK THRU YELP I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS HAD A BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THE SO CALLED MANAGER ZIN. below are the pictures of my now messed up jean jacket (i can't get the cheese out) and my dirty cheese door. definitely not having bakers anytime soon. also, hoping bakers will see this because their corporate number don't work. read more

The food is good and burgers are right up there wit In N Out; however this location is always understaffed and it takes forever to get your food. Once again, this Bakers location disappoints... Since when does Breakfast service stop before 11:00am? Not in the 20+ years that I've been eating here, until today! Went back here 8/1/2019 service is still atrocious. Zinna ran my card while I told her to wait a second (twice) because my phone timed out. I was trying to give her the promotion code for the Bakers discount they were having for their promotion. I asked for the manager, (Augie) acted like he was scared of her. I told him about her bad behavior, he just shrugged his shoulders. I have been coming to Bakers for years! I never imagined they would hire such disrespectful trash (see other comments). I will never come here again, so many companies going out of business these days you would think one that has stood the test of time would be more customer focused. I even reached out to Corporate, nobody ever answers or calls back. I will scratch this place off my food go-to list. I don't pay to get disrespected by some food server. read more

This review is about the way this particular restaurant is managed. I was waiting in the drive thru for about 20 minutes for my order and I had to use the restroom so I had my passenger hop in the driver's seat so I can walk in to use the restroom. I went around and the door was locked to the restaurant. I rang the doorbell and let the employee know I need to use the restroom. The employee said he needed to ask the manager and I told him to please hurry and I let him know I'm a paying customer in the drive thru line. He came back and said the manager said no. Now to let you know the dinning room has been open on other days. I asked to speak with the manager and he said he would grab her. Another employee came to the door who I assumed was the manager but he also told me that the manager said she didn't want anyone in the restaurant, I told him I am not going to go into the dinning room I just need to use the restroom. I offered him 20 dollars to use the restroom and he refused and closed the door. I this point I was upset and somehow I didn't have the urge to use the restroom. I seen my car pulling out of the drive thru and I grabbed the food and walked to the window and asked for my money back because I do not want to spend my money at a place that won't even give a customer the courtesy to use the restroom. The manager told me no that I can't have my money back because I don't have the receipt. I walked to the car and got the receipt and gave it to her. I thought we were done, but nothing happened for 20 minutes. She refused to come to the door to communicate with me on what's going on and why it's taking so long for a refund. After a little while longer she cracked the door and told me she that she had called the police on me. I was confused at this point because all I wanted was my money back after I gave her my receipt over 20 minutes ago. The police arrived and I was standing close to the door. I walked up to the police. And the deputy asked me is the guy still in the restaurant. I said no, I'm the guy that she called you about. The deputy asked me if I had barged my way into the restaurant I said no and explained to her what happened. She then talked with the manager and the deputy was visibly frustrated because the manager called in a fake crime that I broke into the restaurant. Then the deputy asked the manager why couldn't she just give us our money back when we asked for it. The manager said because her manager is not allowing her to. I asked why couldn't you tell me that now 30 minutes ago. Sorry for the long review, but the bottom line is this store is poorly managed and this manager called the police falsely claiming that I broke into the restaurant. The situation could've ended differently if the deputy wasn't as professional as she was. We ended up leaving with no refund or no food. I will be emailing the corporate office, this review and I do expect a refund and an apology. read more
