I was impressed with this office when they were able to give us a same-day appointment when my son…read morereally needed care on his last day in town. Very courteous receptionist. Thank you! The location in Hyde Park was quite convenient for us. They was a semi-crazy patient in the waiting area, but hey, you can't hold a practice responsible for every crazy patient. We were kept waiting a reasonable period of time, given that they were working us in for an appointment on short notice. The office receptionist was pleasant. Most importantly, the doctor seemed competent and knowledgable, with a an appropriate bed side manner. All in all, a highly acceptable visit. Still, for reasons I cannot explain, it is tough to give this practice more than three stars. It just seems to me a little seedy, and there must be five star practices out there. This one was perfectly competent, that's it. I'll stretch for a four star rating.

Some doctors have this "God complex" that I read about and this is the experience that I had with Dr. Binh. He needs improvement on his bedside manners. I'm not going back to him.

He told me that I was going to have more problems because of wearing heels and with the aging process. However I did not have any problems up to this point, just the callous under my skin. When it went to the insurance company they denied the claim because of the codes chosen which were not corrected. Two weeks later I end up with another callous in the same spot under my skin on the same foot. My insurance company and my coworkers suggested I go to another podiatrist, which worked out better. The new Doctor removed the object under my skin and she did not agree with everything Doctor Patel told me. She agreed that I did have hammertoe which I knew but it was more likely hereditary, which it was. As a matter of fact the new doctor said to wear a heel because sandals can be bad for my arches/feet which I can confirm this because another podiatrist from my home state said the same thing. After seeing the last podiatrist, I still not experiencing any problems.
