Dr. Brandi Johnson is great, very personable and easy to talk to. She may be the best/nicest doctor I've ever met. I came in initially for an ingrown toenail and fallen arch pain, I had a procedure done for the nails and she did a wonderful job. She also advised some stretches for the arch pain which has helped significantly. The staff out front behind the desk leave a lot to be desired, however. While I was waiting for my appointment I overheard one having trouble talking with a patient on the phone, and once she got off she loudly talked about how stupid the lady on the phone was and the two women went back and forth making snarky remarks. Not a good look when every other patient in the waiting room can hear you talking shit about patients. I also got no acknowledgement when I signed in, and when I went back up to make sure they knew I was there and to pay my co-pay, one of the women seemed annoyed she had to deal with me. Your job is dealing with people all day.. If you can't handle that find a different line of work. I love Dr. Johnson though!! read more

Wait times were still bad as usual due to heavy scheduling patients all in the same time. Once I was called it took about maybe five minutes for the doctor to come in and check my toes to make sure their okay which they are then the doctor left. read more

Dr. Johnson is an excellent podiatrist. She takes the time to listen to a patient's concerns and discusses your treatment option in depth. The staff is professional and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Johnson to my friends and family. [Note: As to the remarks below about current CDC measures not being followed at Dr. Johnson's office, I would ask this....have you actually been physically in the office? If so, you would know that all patients and staff are wearing masks. Additionally, there are signs posted stating that masks are required, temperature checks, hand sanitizer available and the option to wait in your car for your appointment. Furthermore, unless you stay in your home 24/7 and have had no contact with anyone else, you have no idea where you became infected with COVID-19. I recently went to see Dr. Johnson with severe foot pain. The office was very clean, and they were strictly following CDC guidelines. My mask was slipping down and they kindly supplied me with a proper mask for my visit. The doctor and the staff were very kind, personable and respectful of my concerns. The foot pain was diagnosed and treated professionally. What more could you want in a podiatrist? I highly recommend Dr. Johnson, she is the best doctor I've ever been to. read more

Total time spent at the podiatrists office was 75 minutes. -60 minutes of waiting in the waiting/exam room. -10 minutes with assistant. -5 minutes with Podiatrist Dr. Gloried Ebsworth I normally do not go out of my way to rate doctors but this particular office/doctor was extremely terrible. The number one goal was to charge me for my visit and spend as little time with me as possible. My reason for coming in was very minor but I still deserve my time with a doctor because I am still paying over a $150 to see you. STAFF The staff treat you very poor and you are able to tell right off the bat that they hate their jobs. When asked about the "Guest Wifi," I was told, "it's not for guests because this is a doctors office." Please note that this was said in a way to get you away from the desk and to make you feel dumb for asking this type of question. Guess what, the doctor I go to in Tampa does offer Wifi for guests and the name of it is also "Guest Wifi". During the hours I spent waiting, I got to overhear all of the negative conversations that occur in the back offices. The staff talk condescending and rude right behind the patients back. On top of this, you get to hear all the problems the employees are having with their life. There is no reason for me to know what presents you guys are getting your kids for Christmas. DOCTOR Once I finally got to see the Podiatrist, I was quickly greeted and my bruised foot was examined. Again, I know my problems were very minor but I still deserve your attention. I was basically told not to wear my shoes again that gave me the bruise. She knew this was a very quick and generic answer so she decided to order an X-ray to apparently confirm that my toe was not broken even though there was no pain and signs of trauma. I felt that this was ordered just to make me feel that she cared and to bill my insurance provider. Again, this was just a small bruise. My main goal was to get some advice on proper foot care and tips for preventing these incidences in the future. None of this was even brought up. To top it all off, I was told to come back in a month so she can "make sure the bruise is going away". Then I was told that I would still need to pay her for my follow up visit. I have been to quiet a few doctors and have had some bad experiences, but this was is by far the worst. Please don't let them take advantage of you. I felt so disrespected after leaving this office. It just amazes me that they can do this to so many people. I would not recommend this to any patient looking for any type of quality advice. I am very surprised that there are no reviews written for this doctor. Please take your health conditions elsewhere because you will not get treated like a patient at this doctors office. read more

I purposely made the first appointment of the morning in order to try to stick to my work schedule. I arrived at 8:45 as instructed and I was the first patient let inside. I filled out my paperwork within 5 minutes then promptly sat and waited. My appointment time was 9:00. By 9:30 four additional patients were stuck with me in the waiting room but nobody had been taken back. I finally got up and left. Why do they make appointments at 9:00 if they cannot stick to a schedule? Absolutely ridiculous and disrespectful of patients time. read more

They are extra diligent in how careful they are when taking x rays of my injury and answering all of my questions. Worst experience with the staff they were rude and had the worst attitude towards my father who was the patient. Then they proceeded to tell us he didnt have an appointment. Which was called and made a month in advanced when i confronted the nurse she started yelling and was completely unprofessional. So I said well then lets reschedule and then she said she couldnt or 'wouldn't' do it because she had to speak with doctor before scheduling. I would never go back and would not recommend any hispanic or minority to go to this place for decent service. read more

I had one appointment at this office for chronic swelling in my foot. My wait time was no worse than any other doctor's office (my appointment was 8:15 a.m.) and I have no issue with the staff on that day. The doctor came in and was very quick and basically told me to wear sneakers and prescribed two medications and a brace for my foot and told me to return in 2 weeks. One of the meds was a steroid, the other an anti-inflammatory. I told the doctor I already had 800mg Ibuprofen and my understanding was that I could continue taking that. I picked up my Rx for the steroid at Walgreen's. The next day I received a phone call from a healthcare plan I never heard of that was trying to confirm a prescription for Eagle Drugs, also which I have never heard of. Long story short - this Rx was for me, but no one in the doctor's office told me that I would be receiving a call regarding this Rx and it took over a week to get this all worked out and finally receive the Rx. Also, I was able to review my records online and when I read the report of my visit it said that I had been instructed on stretching exercises and also given a hand out for the exercises - both of which did not occur. It also said that a particular sneaker (New Balance) was recommended and that also did not happen. I was also overcharged by $85 and after 3 phone calls I am still waiting for a call back to straighten that out. All in all I think I called the office 5-6 times trying to get all of this mess straightened out. Needless to say I cancelled my return appointment and will not be going back. read more
