BEST WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM FOR LOCAL WELLS!!!!…read more I am a hardcore Yelper for many years I rip them down or build them up based on my experience. Check out my other brutal reviews! This review is going to be gushing! 1=Poor to 5=Best Experience: 5 "I give a 10 if my scale had it, lol" Product: 5 Knowledge: 5 Personable: 5 Timely: 5 Value: 5 "True to the price after install: 5 Exactly as quoted" Schedule install: 5 actually finished in two days quoted 3 wow! Overall satisfaction: 5 "I will recommend this company to anyone who wants the best at an honest price!" It's so hard finding anyone trustworthy these days or who does exactly what they say they will. My Experience: I had a newer Pelican Water filtration system that came with my home purchase. It basically sucked. The water was super hard and stinky. I started my research on water filtration systems for wells and learned it's very different than ones for city water which my Pelican was made for, not the well it was on. I contacted the best of the best and got eye-popping crazy high prices and lots of water tests from all of them. Then Mr. Patterson came buy took a hard look at my current system, tested the water, and flexed his awesome knowledge on local well water "Brilliant!!!!" I learned two things that day. 1: Knowing the local water is a must and this guy has been here doing this for decades! 2: He explained the problem and how to fix it and guaranteed my satisfaction. He gave me a couple of options and then said this is the one I have in my home and it's the water my grandkids drink. It was the most reasonable priced not only for him but compared to all the others also by far! They installed it a couple of weeks ago and I am over the moon satisfied! It is the freshest smelling and tasting I have ever had. Also, the water softness is perfect on testing and it feels wonderful. In fact, my soap now lathers like whip cream practically, lol. I am completely satisfied

Expertise They've been in business since 1989 and have a 5 star rating…read more Professionalism Yes, extremely professional and ethical. I spoke to Steven first and then after the job was completed I called Steven and also spoke to the owner Mr. Bower to tell about how pleased I am. Promptness Yes, they called prior to arrival and were on time. I spoke to Steven and he was the most ethical, caring, kind, and knowledgeable young man. This was the fifth phone call that I made, and I'm so thankful that I found Bowers Well Drilling & Pump. I was told by another company in this area that they couldn't touch this job for under $9,000 because the part that they needed was that much money. I was told crazy stories from all four companies, and because we had gone through so much I prayed for discernment, and it was then that I made the call to Bowers Well Drilling & Pump and spoke to Steven. As soon as I heard his voice and listened to him explain how there was no way that $9000 was the price I should pay for the job that I needed done, I thanked God for an answer to my prayer. So, for just a little over $2600 the job was done by professionals, and they were very prompt as well. I called Steven to tell him that I will forever sing his praises and direct everyone that I know his way....and so I contacted all the folks that have a grove, orchard or just have a well. You have to go long and far these days to meet ethical people like the folks at Bowers Well Drilling & Pump. Five years ago I needed some work done on my well pump and called a local company after the guy came out a total of four times because everything that he tried didn't work and at the end, gave me a hefty bill and still didn't fix the problem. However I found out that he was a drug user and needed money for his habit, and didn't even have a current license to do business. Like I said, I thank God for answering my prayer to find a good, and ethical company. We are living on social security and certainly don't need to just throw our money away. God bless this business, and all the people that work there.
