They came on time and the two guys were very nice and explained what needed to be done . Gave me an idea for an easy fix and check my chimney on the roof as well . The visit is usually 150 if they need to do work but the didn't need to do anything so the visit was 75 for me . They gave mean estimate for sealing the rock on the roof but was a bit out of my budget at this moment in time , so I declined it .
