This was my first time using them for…read moremy taxes and when I went to sign and pay for them to be electronically submitted they had me double check my bank account and routing number on the paperwork before I signed and paid them $200. I did so and realize that both my routing number and bank account number were incorrect from the ones that I had given them in the beginning. They were corrected and written down on the paperwork to be corrected so that I would still receive my direct deposit for both my stimulus and my tax return. Even though I personally corrected them myself before signing and paying for their services they still entered the incorrect bank account and routing number to the IRS so I did not receive my tax return or stimulus. I now will have to wait weeks in order to receive both of them through the mail. When I called in order to get more information from them they told me I would just have to wait. I was upset with their services and asked if they could somehow get in contact with the IRS to get my bank information changed because I can't seem to get through to the IRS and have been trying for over a week because they did it incorrectly and was pretty much told to deal with it. My husband also used them and they completely messed up his name and Social Security number before filing. Luckily that was corrected. But now I'm stuck waiting because of a mistake that was supposed to be corrected on their part. I will never use this company again and I will be sure to tell everyone that I know in the area to also not use this company. I called them twice and only heard back one time and then I waited two days and finally called them back and that was when I was told I would have to wait and suck it up even though now the IRS has the wrong bank account information so any stimulus check that is given out I will have to wait for because I can't get through to the IRS either. All because of a simple mistake that was supposed to have been corrected before filing.
