My other cat is easier, and when dealing with a recent issue, staff once again treated her with care and explained everything to me, offering suggestions and explaining everything along the way. Costs were kept as low as possible, but tests and meds were needed. They made sure I was aware and ready for it. Just an absolutely phenomenal group there, and my little left purring away in relaxation.

My cat's vet (Dr. S) left recently, and I think that has been the worst decline I've seen so far. His new vet made a joke about putting me on SSRIs to help me deal with my cat's conditions, for example. I can't seem to get prescriptions filled or approved in a timely manner. They refuse to let me fill anything at Chewy anymore, making the excuse that the dosing from Chewy would make it harder to adjust his meds... we have never adjusted his meds without a full (and very expensive) exam. And now today, I'm sitting here waiting to hear from them about my cat's meds. He's been out because they were delayed in shipping. I was promised I would receive a call yesterday morning at the latest. I still haven't heard from them. I see plenty of positive reviews about dogs, so maybe bring your dog there. Sadly, they don't seem to care about my cat. After speaking with Brittany, their office manager, earlier today and bringing these concerns to her attention, she informed me that she had only called to confirm my phone number and then sent me an email "ending the veterinary-client relationship". Apparently this person is the manager of multiple clinics, so it seems that her attention must be spread a little thin because I had already informed her of the issue with the other vet. Clearly they didn't investigate it, so now the Louisiana Board of Veterinary Medicine will.

I was told DIVA DOG and Brittney was very familiar with the dog. I called as soon as they opened & although they were absolutely Donnie said to bring her in & under the circumstances they would absolutely take care of her. I should mention that this is not the first time this has happened. This dog is use to being in the house with her human momma and nobody else. That being said Donnie & Brittney have a calming effect and she was just fine. They clean her up and she is a new dog. You can tell she feels so much prouder and she likes the way she looks. I don't personally have a dog but if I did DIVA DOG would be the place I would bring them to get groomed Thank goodness Walker has a wonderful business like DIVA DOG and wonderful people like Donnie & Brittney.

He has cared for our dogs year after year, giving them and us expert veterinary care and gentle kindness. His care has extended to providing a peaceful, dignified passing when the time comes. When Shomer our 175-pound male English mastiff was dying, Dr. Albarado met us at Sherwood's back door with helpers and a trolley to make everything be easy and smooth. Luckily, Shomer had passed peacefully in our van on the way to the clinic. He went to sleep as he did every afternoon while being petted by his mom and protected by his dad. Dr. Albarado and Sherwood refused payment and let us pay only for cremation services. Sherwood is open 24-hours a day, provides emergency care and --- unlike Banfield --- offers final care. Sherwood is there when you and your pet need help. We have not used it yet, but Sherwood also offers day care and boarding. In the past, we have been able to find trustworthy folks to come stay in our home so that our pets can be safe and comfortable. Cat haven was one of the only ones I found and almost immediately got back with me to set up an appointment. Everyone was super kind, answered all my questions, let me say goodbye.
