After visiting a newly opened restaurant in College Town, I took my co-workers on a field trip adventure to show them some of the tastiest and most coveted items by TC Bakery fans. I grabbed a slice of the red velvet cake with cookies and cream cheesecake icing for my son, classic yellow cake with chocolate frosting for my husband, two mini sweet potato pies with a slice of plain pound cake for my father-in-law, and a slice of German chocolate cake for me. Jennifer's cakes, cheesecakes, and pies are so moist and perfect every time I buy them. I bought my sister's engagement cake from here and we have bought full birthday cake rounds for various birthdays in our house. My husband equates her cakes to the rich comfort cakes you can get at a church function, which is high praise. Service was fast and friendly. Do yourself a favor and grab some sweets from TC Bakery at the retail store, store in Crawfordville or at any of her various venues selling her baked goods cooked with love.

I thought I would love some of that red velvet cheesecake for my birthday (which is today). I thought let me try out the fancy cinnamon rolls and I will grab a plain one as well. Okay let me explain the reason I am writing this review. I will start with my Birthday has been a thing of legends thus far. I will fast forward to me cutting half of a lemon blueberry cinnamon roll and placing it in the microwave. I warmed it for 30 seconds. I take one bite and for a brief moment I thought I heard angels singing. I walk to my 14 year old son's room and I tell him that today I have tasted the best Cinnamon Roll I have ever tasted in my 52 years on this earth. I tell him to that he should go get one (I bought a 4 pack). Then I thought about it. Son if you do this at 14 all other cinnamon rolls will be failures and I hope he lives a long time. I told him the decision was his to make I don't want to deny him the glory of this experience but where do you go from here? I will ask this to TC Bakery. 1st Thank you. 2nd My God, What's next? For those who have never tried it just know that you will be biting into divine excellence and also know that you may be setting yourself up to wishing she made all your desserts. Life is short, you need something mind blowing every once in a while. Thank you for being such an amazing artist and for sharing your artistry with the world. If I lived closer to Tallahassee this would be a problem.

Went in and purchased four Bundlets. One chocolate chocolate chip, one red velvet, one lemon, and one of their seasonal flavor: pumpkin spice. That said, I do think the girl who attended us was kind of out of it. She seemed tired and blasé, but it was also the end of the day, so I'll give the service the benefit of the doubt. Either way, we wound up ordering a cake for a dinner party and it was a hit. Definitely a tried and true for me. Happy to have this location serving Tallahassee!

I was needing a cake for my daughters 18th birthday while we were going to be in Tallahassee for the FSU vs UM football game.
