I contact the business office. They explain that it was an error in the billing system and that they have refunded the difference between what they took and what I owed. Meanwhile, they over drafted my account causing me to lose over $100 dollars as a result of their negligence and the only thing the business office says is "Sorry". When I said something to the professional I was seeing, who went to higher up, I was informed that the owner/CEO said they are unable to reimburse my overdraft fees. It's not that they are unable, they just refuse too. I have since cancelled an future visits, which I desperately need. DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES USE THIS PRACTICE. THE OWNER/CEO OBVIOUSLY DOES NOT KNOW HOW TO TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ERRORS THAT THE PERSOMA PC BUSINESS STAFF MAKE NOR HOW TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEMS THEY CAUSE. The Early Intervention program he recommends is free of cost and they were disappointed that he told us to wait to call them until my sons insurance was changed. He said it is essentially unheard of to receive BHRS at my sons age (2) which is untrue. We got him re evaluated and my son is starting BHRS soon! I recommend going to someone else so you have a better advocate for your child!
