For those in the know, the Valle can produce some over ripe wines. But the owner here does a good job of screening out those lesser wines and provides a good selection for the wine enthusiast if not the sommelier. Prices are also very reasonable and they have a good selection of beer as well if you happen to come with people who prefer the beer craft. I would definitely come back. I am taking bottles home. There are two locations, this location (2511 Jalisco) is open till 10pm most nights so it's the place for going out in the evening/night. The other location closes earlier. From the paintings and furniture through the other details (even the restrooms) we had a fantastic night cap here. The servers and bartenders took excellent care of us. The drinks menu has great variety and creative combinations. We opted to let the bartenders exercise their craft and each requested a drink with our liquors of choice. Everything came out excellent.
