Between expired food, poor product quality, and constant stock issues, shopping here has become more frustrating than convenient. The frozen food aisles rarely have the items I specifically come in for, and when I ask employees for help locating products, many seem unfamiliar with where items are stocked. The staff generally appear disengaged, which only adds to the negative atmosphere. What makes this even more disappointing is that nearby stores like Sprouts and Smart & Final provide a much better shopping experience, but at nearly double the cost. I shouldn't have to pay that much more just to avoid expired products and poor service. The one bright spot is the sushi department. The two employees preparing sushi are consistently hardworking, professional, and deserve recognition for the effort they put into their work. Overall, this store has become overpriced, poorly managed, and unreliable. After years of shopping here, I've watched it decline dramatically, and the issues have become too significant to ignore.
