The day before, a member of the company met me at the storage unit, and said I needed to do nothing. The next day, a 3-man team showed up within 15 minutes of the expected time, and within 2 hours everything was loaded onto the truck. Once the truck was weighed, I got a call that the move would cost me $700 less -- when does that happen? Eight days later, the truck, and the same crew arrived on a Saturday at 7:59 AM, one minute earlier than I had been told two days before. And within 3 hours everything was unloaded, a desk re-assembled, and many boxes of books and bookcases carried up stairs to the second floor. Never a complaining word; the team just did their job. I should mention that even the pins for the bookcases were removed and wrapped. Nothing was lost. I cannot recommend this company more highly -- and they are not restricted to the South Hills of Pittsburgh despite their name. They move nationwide. We were able to open up the walls and identify multiple contributing factors such as plumbing leaks and even a huge hole in my wall leading to the outside that I would have otherwise not known about. The worked fast, efficiently, and were super timely with their appointments, etc. There was constant and clear communication throughout the project and they were able to contain the working area very well as to not affect the other parts of my home. They did an extremely clean job, with virtually no dust, etc left over and hauled away the junk each day. They also are just such upright and polite guys who are very knowledgeable and I can't recommend them enough. They gave me a very reasonable quote as well. A week later though I was seeing all of the stains and realized that when I did my initial review, the carpets were still rather wet. I decided to clean them on my own to see if the stains could be removed and was very surprised at how filthy the solution was that was being pulled from the carpets. I sent a message to Zerorez explaining this and attached photos of the filthy solution. Instead of apologizing or saying that they would fix it, I was told that I voided the warranty by using my own cleaner. Buyer beware!!! I learned a very expensive lesson on who not to hire to clean carpets.
