Cost was minimal, only $200 before taxes...sounds like a good deal, right? WRONG! Everywhere they removed a badge, deep scratches. The "manager" is who pulled the badges off and mentioned the scratches and directed me to their detail guy to fix them. Detail guy told me they can't be fixed by him as they are way too deep. Went back and the "manager" told me the badges were quote "embedded in the paint" LOL. He then directed me to a local paint shop they use and when the paint guy spoke with him, he said "ProTech ain't paying for nothing". I went back to the store and asked to speak with owner Mark, whom I have known since the 90's and Mark REFUSED to come outside and speak with me. His "manager" hilariously tried to intimidate me by coming out and demanding we talk outside and tried to be aggressive with me. I guess because he knows I am a disabled veteran that I would be intimidated, but it gave me a good laugh as I left. Anyway, my relationship as a customer and really an ambassador of ProTech as I have directed people there for years, is OVER. Over because Mark, the owner, refused to be bothered to come out and speak with a long-time customer and ProTech would not even take ownership for the mistake they made. Mistakes happen, own them...My mistake was trusting ProTech with removing my badging.

Lengthy review here we go. A few factors to keep in mind. I knew nothing about tint at all. So I'm…read morenot sure of what pricing or products consist of. Here we go. So I originally called for an estimate at it was very close to $300 for whole entire car. When I dropped the car off I received a call saying that it would be $500 plus tax and credit card machine fee for the entire car because I had tint on it already. So that was easily $200 for the removal. I personally feel as though that was expensive but again I have no prior knowledge of tint. So I'm already irritated and stressed so I said just go ahead and do it. Okay when I go to pick the car even though it was to what I personally felt overpriced. I not only paid it but I left a tip. Now when I get to my car I had a bubble in the tint. Also I didn't have an eyebrow I thought that was considered apart of the entire car I was later informed ( IT WAS NOT). Now, the bubble in my tint they said it would go away within 2 weeks. Well within 2 weeks it did not go away. A thin line formed through the center of the bubble so I thought it was disappearing 2 more weeks went by and still the Bible sat now in two bubble it appears. I brought it back to the shop they did fix it. When I went to pick my car up the car was dead. Something about leaving the door open caused it to die. I'm just saying all this for transparency. I have no issues with the work itself . I love the look. The price I didn't care for the switching of it the next day. But I honored it. I didn't like the eyebrow wasn't included with the full car because of how much I paid. But I accepted that as well. Now the car battery dying I just was so confused on that. But hey when people say do your research. This is your research. Crazy enough I did refer them to 2 individuals based on the quality of the product that I received. It's the integrity of the business that I felt maybe could use work. I hope this helps the business as well as future customers.
