Cost was minimal, only $200 before taxes...sounds like a good deal, right? WRONG! Everywhere they removed a badge, deep scratches. The "manager" is who pulled the badges off and mentioned the scratches and directed me to their detail guy to fix them. Detail guy told me they can't be fixed by him as they are way too deep. Went back and the "manager" told me the badges were quote "embedded in the paint" LOL. He then directed me to a local paint shop they use and when the paint guy spoke with him, he said "ProTech ain't paying for nothing". I went back to the store and asked to speak with owner Mark, whom I have known since the 90's and Mark REFUSED to come outside and speak with me. His "manager" hilariously tried to intimidate me by coming out and demanding we talk outside and tried to be aggressive with me. I guess because he knows I am a disabled veteran that I would be intimidated, but it gave me a good laugh as I left. Anyway, my relationship as a customer and really an ambassador of ProTech as I have directed people there for years, is OVER. Over because Mark, the owner, refused to be bothered to come out and speak with a long-time customer and ProTech would not even take ownership for the mistake they made. Mistakes happen, own them...My mistake was trusting ProTech with removing my badging.

I was assured by the sales guy and the installer he would never do such things. Well when I sold the car a couple months later I removed the subs myself and found the installer did a piss poor job with missing and broken screws and mounting tabs as if he did it on purpose because I specifically asked them to pay attention to that and not break or loose them. They did exactly what I was assured they would never do. I goto baileys audio now for the four cars I have bought since and I suggest anyone out there stay far away from this instaler.
