According to "Health Matters" a magazine, he is a "Top Doctor" and is specialized in that procedure, when in reality, he is the complete opposite. He never informed them that there was a risk of contracting a bad infection. They would have never done the procedure if he told said there was a risk of a bad infection, because my grandfather's medical issues would not allow him to fight the infection, which is what ended up happening.
