However, communication with the staff to get appointments has been very problematic at times. Very inconsistent staff help. Customer service has decreased over the six year period, and their acceptance of certain types of insurance is not good. Dr. Springer at Spectra Wellness brought me back to life. I'm 27 and have struggled with autoimmune…read moredisorders, stomach problems, mental health concerns, chronic fatigue, and more for years. I knew I shouldn't be so uncomfortable in my own body at such a young age. I was referred to Dr. Springer by a former colleague and completely entrusted him with my care without the slightest bit of knowledge on muscle testing - it changed my life. The supplementation he programmed for me transformed my body and brain in a matter of 3 months. There's still work to be done, but in just 3 months he fixed my stomach problems, gave me energy again (no caffeine necessary), and lowered the inflammation all over my body. My anxiety has lowered, I'm sleeping better, and I'm not panicked about eating out at restaurants with a fear of pain and discomfort after. The caveat? It's expensive. And it's a real time commitment too. Insurance doesn't view functional medicine and their natural supplementation as traditional and it's not covered. It's an investment to health and personal development. Plus, you have to put in the work and be intentional with the diet regime and supplements. I truly believe it's worth it, but it breaks my heart how inaccessible this care is to the majority of the population. Dr. Springer's focus on root cause rather than masking symptoms and side effects is life changing.

Anyhow, I had a good three months of relief before the pain returned. Currently waiting on someone at ARO to return my calls for followup treatment if they offer such a thing. Jury's out but I sure wish I could get a call back from someone over there to complete this process as discribed.

One was with a very well known university which we will not name and came with experience. I had the appropriate mri and other preparations and after weeks of waiting finally got in for a review. I was shocked when I went over the surgery. The first question is asked is what kind of implant are you going to use. The answer was a Titanium one. Gee, I know more about the oil being put in my car. It quickly became apparent to me that this University was not the place. I happened to visit Tampa and was talking to friends there and someone recommended 'stem therapy'. I am not into quick fixes or magic solution, but once I looked into found it to be a $5K procedure. This in comparison to 10x and many weeks of recovery. I decided to take a chance and talked to 3 different centers. I like Aro Motion since Dr Dean took his time and explained why and why nots the process could work for me. Tampa is far from where I live and I only had a few days there, so did not want something with long times. I rolled the dice and did the procedure. It was quick and painless. I left a few days later and never saw the location again. I wanted to wait 9ish months to write a review to understand the results. After 9 months, the procedure has worked for me. I did see Jennifer's 1 star review and I guess she had an opposite experience. I will try and update my review in another 10-12 months, but so far so good. Thank you Dr Dean.
