We came by free bus using a pass from our hotel in Locarno. After touring the castle, relaxing…read moreoutdoors, and eating a fabulous lunch we saw we could return to Locarno by train midafternoon.
The train station is easy to find and walk to. Train itself is clean and comfortable other than a bit hot. The station has public restrooms and vending machines as well as a COOP grocery store and some other stores on various levels.
