The main point is that you can take the Bernina Express and the Glacier Express from/ to here - that's all that mattered for my trip. Since it's a small station, it's easy to navigate. The walls have artwork highlighting how St. Moritz is part of the UNESCO World Heritage route because of the Rhaetian Railway (Albula/Bernina Lines). It's clean and it doesn't smell funky. It felt safe even late at night. There's nobody here. One note, don't use the vending machine no matter how big of a rush you think you're in. Going to Coop is much quicker. The vending machine steals your money and doesn't give you what you paid for.

The staff are the ticket office are not friendly nor helpful and don't speak English correctly (I speak 5 languages but not Italian fluently). Tickets are outrageously expensive. They say to go on foot if we can't buy the ticket. They also charge €5 per bag to store luggage while you can leave them at the tourist office for free.

The train station is easy to find and walk to. Train itself is clean and comfortable other than a bit hot. The station has public restrooms and vending machines as well as a COOP grocery store and some other stores on various levels.
