This place is one of those hole-in-the-wall-so-glad-I-found-it Filipino restaurant. It's actually also meshed with this bed & breakfast/dorm called My EC Place.
First thing you need to know is that much like it's name, it's completely home-y - kind of like coming home after a long day at work and finding out they made your favorite dish AND you can play games while you wait. They're got a wide array of games like sungka, chess and other novelty board games.
The food is inexpensive but great - my absolute fave on the menu is their pork sinigang & I love it cause it's unlike those joints where they serve you 'fake sinigang' where they use broth instead of sampalok. You've also got to try their hubad na longganisa with aligue rice - it's a real freakin' winner, 'specially for days where you just kinda wanna wolf down your food.
PLUS, they've recently started serving beer. Need I say more? read more
