Our account manager Jimmie is absolutely wonderful, quick and thoughtful responses and helps my team work through every step of a process. I noticed the online page is quick and simple. Nice to see an evolution there, but it did take nearly two weeks waiting for responses and having to make minor changes before I received the completed one hundred prints which seems overly long. The prices have really gone insane as well and will be trying to print myself next year given the two other local print shop costs we ended up with these past years. I'm still glad and can recommend Instant Copy, however for the basic budget and simple needs at these prices, am now motivated to attempt our printing ourselves since my Canon color LaserJet printer was not even double the cost of what we spent here!

I visited Mr. Copy for the first time today and was very pleased with both their customer service…read more(friendly and quick) and output quality. Mr. Copy printed 30 high-quality, 2-sided, color brochures for me at a cost of $30.00 plus tax, which equates to $0.50/color copy. The brochures were printed quickly while I waited. I could have emailed in my document for "no-waiting" service but chose to bring it in on a flash drive. The printshop and front desk area are clean and well organized; and there's ample (6 or 8 spaces) parking, which is a much-appreciated factor since the location is on or very near the busy Indiana University campus. I definitely plan to revisit Mr. Copy for my future printing needs.

Great quality printing, not a single complaint there. I have printed 3 jobs there and they…read morecompleted all of them quickly and for a fair price. But the owner seems very pretentious. He always acts like its a burden to help a customer. The first job I took to him was a 5x7 print that I need 150 copies of. I brought the files as PDFs, properly formatted, with all the necessary marks and bleeds. The owner proceeded to complain because I hadn't laid it out with two copies on each page. They advertise themselves as a full service print shop and that they have graphic designers on staff. A full service print shop should have no problem ganging two prints together but I was treated like it was some terrible burden. I like their work but I don't like doing business with people that talk down to their customers.

The first time I…read morewent in, I talked with a lovely lady who talked to me about the quality of paper and ran me through the prices. The second time I went in, the owner was there, and he talked down to me the moment I started talking. Now I will admit I am a nervous person who takes a second to get to the point, and I did come in with PNGs instead of PDFs (my mistake) but instead of explaining that, the man was plain and simple a huge dick. He acted like my whole presence was a burden and tried to direct me to a more artsy business I had already checked the prices of that was a little out of my price range (which is fine if he wasn't so condescending about it). He acted like I had just entered a gas station and asked where the lobster was. I think it's pretty natural to ask a printing place if they can do quality art prints, but I guess I am the stupid one. I would have probably spent almost $300 there to get prints to stock my store, but due to his general lack of tact and higher-than-all attitude I will probably never return to the grungy basement facilities of Hiatt Printing. Their prices are good, but their owner is an asshole.

I tried several places without success regarding quality or price until I happened to read about this place online. I spoke with Sara, the owner on the phone then dealt with her son Justin in store. He was beyond professional and kind and besides beating out all the other places in price, he copied them while I waited. The outcome was amazing. So, I then gave them my recently completed book (my first) about my grief journey that I both authored and added a painting to every page. He copied all 35 pages, adjusting each one for vibrancy of color and position, cut them and bound them together with a coil as this is my Christmas present for my family. They completed the job in 4 days and the finished product is beyond my wildest expectation. Plus, the price was lower than anywhere else, including the discount stores where you can self print. Best printers and family to work with I've ever encountered.
